I visited your establishment Mega Furniture Store in the ******************* Drive as a customer and was initially thrilled to buy my first bedroom set, but unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned into a nightmare due to the disrespectful behavior of the manager. I was not only deceived but also subjected to verbal abuse in front of others by this individual. After sharing my experience on social media, I received messages from others claiming that the owner of Mega Furniture refuses to dismiss the manager despite his poor conduct. Therefore, I believe it is important for our community to reconsider supporting Mega Furniture financially, as it seems that the company lacks integrity in its treatment of customers who are being misled and mistreated.Review from John V

We bought Kian Reclining Console Loveseat and Sofa. Within a year both started peeling, but that is not covered under their warranty. Beware of fake leather looking products.Review from Marlen M

Les doy 3 estrellas porque estoy muy agradecida ********, ***************** Manager, con la que habl solamente 10 minutos sobre todo lo que haba pasado cuando compre mis muebles, estuve de reclamo en reclamo por 2 aos con mis muebles y en solo una semana resolvi mi situacin, personas como esta son las que necesitan las compaas que prestan servicio al cliente, donde la razn de ser de estas compaas somos nosotros, los clientes. Si no me llego haber contactado con esta seora, no creo que mi situacin se hubiese resuelto, tengo que decir que pase mucho con la mueblera, no estn bien informados de como resolver la situacin al cliente, nunca me dieron un nmero telefnico de reclamo, solamente me informaron que si quera arreglar mis muebles (estos los trajeron rotos desde el da #1) **** que hacerlo con mi seguro, el que pague para en caso de que, a mi, se me rompieran, pues tener solucin de reparacin, o limpiarlos en caso que se ensuciaran, y al banco no le importan los clientes, solamente le importa recoger su dinero, hice 4 reclamos en un periodo de 2 aos, y todas las veces fallaron a favor de la mueblera, son unos incompetentes e insensibles, 10 palabras no son suficiente para expresar toda la insatisfaccin, y es bueno que cuando vayamos a invertir nuestro dinero, miremos bien los comentarios de anteriores clientes y sus satisfacciones.Review from Donna R

If I could leave negative numbers I would! I purchased a sectional, mattress, box springs and bed frame. The sales team was very helpful and helped find the items we were looking for. Since we were moving into a new house, we needed it delivered 4 weeks after purchase. On delivery day, the side rails for the bed were not on the truck. I debated refusing the headboard and foot board but they encouraged me to keep it. When I called the warehouse, they said the rails would be in within a month. I paid for the furniture on 4/4/23. Delivery was to be 5/5/23. As of today, 7/8/23 I still don't have any bed rails.Additionally, I've been told they don't do exchanges or refunds. So basically I have a bedroom that is not functional. They keep saying the rails will be in next month. I'm sorry - this is way beyond acceptable! My only recourse is to keep waiting or buy furniture elsewhere any pray the come in at some point so I can sell them.Absolutely will NEVER shop with them again! This companies policies should not even be legal. To hold people to accept partial delivery, taking their money and not deliver the product is cheating at it's best and feels like fraud.Review from William W

I paid 350 for a 5 year warranty on a $2650 sectional couch recliner broke springs coming out. Call warranty the they gave me service number. Called them they sent someone out that said we will order the part. Been waiting nine months call warranty place back they said they had no claim number and when I made a new claim it was denied for not reporting damage within 30 days of noticing the damage. Now all seat cushions are ripping at the seams. They did not tell me when I bought it that I would have to report damage within 30 days of noticing it at the store. Now all my claims have been denied. Asked for corporate number and they gave me the service center. This company should be shut down for robbing people of there hard earned money. Now we don't have enough money to get another couch. I believe they intentionally gave me the run around so I would go over the 30 days. Worst company ever.Review from Aaron W

The people complaining they did not get their furniture were fortunate. We got our 'leather' couch, love seat and chair the same day. They repeatedly assured my skeptical wife and two witnesses that the pieces were real leather. All the furniture was fake leather it all has blisters with fabric showing. It waited till the 'warranty' was up a couple months then slowly the white stains became blisters. So they are in the clear 'warranty' wise. However when they sold us on a lie and delivered fake leather couch that we would not have bought had they not lied three times saying these are all leather. What is the definition of fraud: 'The intentional perversion of truth in order to induce another to part with something of value' In this instance $2,700.00Review from Venkat A.

I was placed bedroom set order#****** for my new house on Nov 25th with a promising Devery date by Jan last week, and then they postponed it for two week. then one more week then after a month they want me to take refund as they don't have the item in stock, such a pain all my 3 months waiting wasted, and we still sleeping on floor, on top of that they are making so many excuses to refund my money, first they want me to come to store for refund, my new house is 20 miles away, though I went the store, then the asked me to come back in week days, I took half day excuses and went to the store next week Friday, then they want me to come back on Monday to get refund, such a pain to get my money back, they are not professional, they don't listen to you, and they don't even pick up the calls. I signed a contract in agreement to purchase a bedroom set which included the bed, nightstand, dresser, mirror, and chest on 1/16/22; I didnt receive the bed until 2 weeks later when the contract stated 1/21/22 and I still have not received the rest of the furniture. It was in the total amount of $3369.84. They separated the amounts into two contracts to be covered by two different banks. They never once contacted me in regards to the furniture, I have always had to contact them to get any kind of information and all they would give me is a different date the furniture would be in. They are functioning a scam/fraud.Review from Kristy L

** had gone through Mega Furniture to get a bed. They promised us a delivery early Jan. ** got rid of our box spring and rails. ** kept the mattress just in case. Sure enough they didn't deliver as scheduled. I called and reported it. They set up a new schedule. Again they didnt show. The guy who was suppose to deliver it said it was late and he wouldnt be coming out that night. He tried to explain about a future delivery date when I grabbed the phone from my gf and explained to them their breach of contract.he apologized and said he would reach out to their supervisor. It was 8pm. I called the store the next day explained the situation. They tried saying our delivery date was for Feb 7th. They didn't have a record of it being sooner. I told them we kept the documentation of the first delivery schedule AND had record of them confirming both previous delivery dates. I than threatened to *** them for breach of contract and pain and suffering. They put me on hold and came back on asking if ******* would be home for them to deliver that day. Guess who never came last night. They did call us and asked if ****am was good for delivery. It came in today. Soon after it was set up I get a call from my gf. She is shaken up. She tells me that after the bed was set up the delivery guy asked her to lay on it to try it out. She did. Than he proceeds to inappropriately rub her thighs. She immediately tells him she has to be back at work and they leave the house. He sexually assaulted her!! she doesnt want the bed that but we are stuck with it. Ireported him to the store who notified their manager who than reached out to his supervisor. Do not purchase anything from here. ** have gone to the police and Mega F. is not doing anything to help us out. I tried calling them about taking back the bed. Understandably my gf doesnt want it after being sexually assaulted on it. Nothing.Review from venky

Horrible experience. They really dont care for customers.I bought a recliner set on November 11 2021 and made complete payment. I signed all the paperwork and scheduled my delivery on December 23 2021. Mega Furniture called me on December 23rd and told me that my order has a balance payment of 1500$ and they asked to pay right away. I said there might be mistake and asked them to double check. They called me back and said your order is cancelled because they cant deliver it to me for the amount I paid. . I cant even buy a new recliner set as there are no deals right now. I was completely betrayed.They dont even sound apologetic and did not care about me at all. I will never ever go to their store in my life.
