      SmartPay is definitely the way to go! I switched to SmartPay after facing a crucial, most unfortunate circumstance with GetFlex.I say go with SmartPay because at least you know all of the money you put into SmartPay is YOUR payment! No interest accrual, its simple!Think of SmartPay as your savings account that puts your money away for you, then when you are ready to pay the bill off, SmartPay will deal with the hassle of submitting payment while you go on with your day. I signed up, found it to be exactly what I needed. GetFlex definitely has competition here, and at least with SmartPay, you can adjust how much your contributions will be, and youre not hassled with a credit line expense because its your money! Go with SmartPay! And SmartPay does more than just car payments; they also cover utility bills, cellphone bills, mortgages, rent, its a one stop shop to handle all of your needs. You will feel far more in control knowing your money is in good hands and the payments are broken down reasonably. Try SmartPay!

      We are having the same problem as others. We purchased a car and have financing and set up autopay. However, we keep getting emails from SmartPay about final notice for payment and so. This is utter c*** I made sure we are good with our financial institution. Beware of this company!!!

      We purchased a car recently and somehow SmartPay got our information. They sent repeated deceptive emails (with titles like "SECOND NOTICE") making it seem like a) that our payment to the lender was late (it was not) and b) that SmartPay would save us money.Technically, for a simple interest loan (depending on when interest is calculated), one could save money by making more frequent payments...that's not unique to them. One could just pay their lender more frequently.Their business is a borderline scam. Don't fall for it. If you want to save money, avoid missed payments, first try your lender and don't pay a third party for what you can do yourself.

      I had been a customer with ******************** for the past 10 years for my mortgage. It was peace of mind having the payment split in two and always on time. I had never had any issues contacting customer service and they were always great. It almost makes me sad that I had to cancel with them due to paying off my mortgage. I will keep their number on hand if I need to sign up again.

      I had a similar experience to ***** E from 6/22/2022. I bought a new car in May of 2023, the dealer pushed the SmartPay service which I eventually agreed to. They do send a yearly transaction calendar to show upfront when they'll pay your bill. As a service that debits your account twice per month and only pays your bill on time, they're really not doing anything for you. When I calculated what my claimed savings would be, this service clearly wasn't worth it and they make little to no effort in the early stages to help you pay off anything faster. Unlike *****, my request to have my "membership fee" refunded was denied as they only do that "for special circumstances." I referenced this page specifically. I canceled after 5 months and before the full membership fee was paid. Rather than try to keep my current business, they instead pushed all of their other offerings to a clearly dissatisfied customer. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

      I bought a device with straight talk, using smartpay lessening service. Smart pay sent me an email stating that that would charge me ***** for an airtime bundle I never once asked for. Theyve tried to take it out my account and was denied but my account charge me every time. *** tried time and time again to reach them with 5 different numbers and was on hold for hours. There is no way to get in contact with the company who is taking my money and charging me for services I never once wanted and I find that disgusting. I plain sending the phone back and getting a lawyer involved. Even if its small claims court.

      I have used this company for 3 years and they just make the minimum payment every month, it doesn't save any money or take time off your loan it's pretty much a scam to get an extra payment every month or 2 and they keep your money, wish I hadn't done it now.

      I have been using the smart payment plan since 2013. I have got to tell you, Ive just gotten off the phone with them and this company specializes in quality customer service! Every single time I call them the representatives are so incredibly polite and helpful. Not one single person has ever been rude or condescending! This company has been such a great help in making my bill payments on time and ahead of time. Thank you smart payment plan employees.

      i got a statment from the bank , payments were not made, try to call coustmer service no answer or call back was charged a late fee, our you going to give me back the 5o.oo fee
