This company rates as one worst customer experiences. They are non-existent when you call and not accountable to any callbacks or communication.I been trying to get a final quote on a project for three weeks and have called them 8 straight days in a row. Normally an admin answers the phone that can only take voice messages and always promises a return call. After 8 days of calling once a day, a manger answered the phone and after explaining the length of time waiting for a bid, told me we will put you in sales queue and someone will call you, but I cant tell you when that will happen and if it does we dont know when we will be able to come out. It may be two to three weeks. I explained the amount of time that has already transpired. I said to the manager that this could end well or it could end poorly. She said we dont want your business and hung up.After waiting patiently for three weeks, this was quite unexpected and lets me know that this would not be a company you want to hire as the accountability, dependability, and timeliness is lacking in their DNA. Getting the job done is not in this companies DNA.

Had a cattle panel fence installed in February. Love it and get complements all the time.

I would recommend Superior Fence to anyone that needs a ******************* fence at a reasonable price. ***** was very patient with my questions and came to my home quickly to give me a quote. My fence had fallen down in a windstorm and I needed someone to help me ASAP. Their crews showed ** in just 2 days. Other companies were 2-3 weeks out from getting started. My new fence is well built and beautiful. Compliments from neighbors as well. Use these guys, you wont be disappointed!

Horrible customer service. I was insulted by the owner for asking a question. All of my 4x4 support posts have cracks in them. I was told by the guys who came out this was normal. Could not get a start date confirmed even after a initial payment. Guys came and went without letting us know. They broke a lawn ornament and did not tell anybody. Could rarely get anybody on the phone. I would leave messages and not get called back. Untill finally the owner called with a condescending attitude. He insulted me and said "I guess you think your going to tell us how we do things around here." One of my biggest financiial failures was choosing this company to build my fence.choosing this company to build my fence.
