Used ***** a few times over the years and had no issues. This time he quoted me the total price for everything to be done and within the week and I agreed. Then when he met with my boyfriend the price got higher. Right after we went ahead and paid him my boyfriend got an authorized charge on his bank card from Daryls card reader. ***** claimed no responsibility. He was a no show for a month. Then finally worked on the prepaid job. My boyfriend ended up having to do most of the physical work on the job we paid ***** for while having to deal with a racist based conversation from *****. It did not pass city inspection. It was a basic pole in the yard and apparently in 44yrs that ***** has been an electrician he couldnt make a a simple job pass inspection. He kept claiming health issues after we kept complaining. We needed to drain the pool and needed electricity to do so among other necessary things for the house. Two months later and ***** claiming we needed to pay more, it still was not completed. My boyfriend got two more charges from ****** billing device which he claimed wasnt him. The *** address showed it was his device. After having to argue back and forth ***** got an inspector in that passed it. ***** left and did not finish the job at all that was already paid for. While we were waiting for him to do this job that he said would be done in a week or so I lost a $300k offer to buy my burned house. I ended up paying several thousand more for a place to stay because the back building we were going to renovate and live in could not be. I will be calling the police and pressing charges for theft of services and suing also. I told him if he was unable to do the job he should not have taken my money and time which neither I could afford. Im a widow with no income and have a limited budget.

**** D In March of 2021 I paid Solorator Electric $6677.00 which is half the cost of the generator and installation. Was told it would be at least six months. Ok I understand after the freeze in February many people ordered this product. Like the other complaints could never get hold of them on the phone. Voice mail full or if youd did get to leave a message, almost never got a call back. When I was told it would be longer than six months possibly a year, I said ok I still understand the problem. Still when I would call I always felt like I was getting a runaround.I have all the same complaints the others wrote in their complaints.Over two month ago I was told he had the generator but was behind in installations and it would be in a couple of weeks. Not happy but ok Ill give him the benefit of the doubt. Next time I called I was told I was next on the list. Great, but still nothing happened. Finally he called and said the generator was in and said he wanted to bring it to the house. We were in ********** and said he would need to wait till we get back. Ok no problem. Finally we had an **** appointment 2 June 2022 for him to bring the generator. So we got up early and no one showed up. Called at ****, he said they were on the way. At noon I called because no one showed up.Finally had enough and called told him to cancel my order and give me my money back. He was upset that I would do that when they were on the way here. Told him I didnt think he was completely truthful in all the communications we have had, so just refund and be done with it. He tried to give me many excuses and said he would need to find a buyer for the generator before he could refund. Dont believe that either. I have a feeling Ill be waiting forever to see my money.

I paid the owner of the Solarator Company $5,590 on 3/11/2021 as a deposit for purchase and installation of a Generic 24 KW generator. Since then, all I have to show for it is a long string of excuses for why they haven't performed per our agreement. The owner promised to return my deposit on 1/19/2022 and I still have no check from them. I've contacted Generac's customer support line to see if they can help me get this matter resolved. If nothing happens I'll first turn to the news media to spread the word about this crooked operation and then pursue legal action.

My wife and I gave them $6,760.00 on April 12, 2021. Over the past nine months, we've been given various inconsistent verbal feedback from Solarator. One time we were advised that the generator came in but was damaged on the loading dock. They had to order a new generator. Well, then we were advised that a new generator arrived and would be installed by December 15. Of course, that did not happen. Our numerous attempts to contact the company have been met with no return calls.We now have approached ************ (President) and he informed my wife that they are just now getting generators that were ordered in February 2021. They were quick to take our money nine months ago, but, have failed to deliver and their comments change every time we call. We are trying to avoid getting our attorney involved. We just want our deposit returned via our credit card. Thanks for your help ******

The work they do is very professional but I paid $1,200 dollars on June 2nd 2021 to install a new electrical box. I called numerous times for an update, than finally asked for my money back. I was told they would not refund my money because it was already spent. I think I've been very reasonable in this matter and don't want to bring in a lawyer. I will if I have to.
