Service has deteriorated. I began using Press in 2019 and for two years had zero issues. Over the past two years the service has gone down. ************** has been dropped off at someone else's place, I have received laundry bags with my information on the label but full of someone else's clothes. I have had deliveries just not happen. Yesterday a bag with my name was dropped off with my building concierge I opened the bad today and it's a bunch of towels belonging to someone else. I can't get any response to the chat, emails and texts I have placed. They say they're open 24 hours but whenever there's a problem I can't get any response. Another several days without my clothes.

The company ruined a $300 weighted blanket of mine. I initially used Press Cleaners because they are listed as partners to the blanket site, and I was apprehensive about cleaning myself and decided to use someone trusted. I received the blanket back unraveled significantly and incontrovertibly broken. While they were initially apologetic and sent over forms to receive a refund (which I did - nothing came of it), they ended up ghosting me and ignoring all subsequent attempts to contact them. They also assumed no responsibility and said they washed it properly, despite the fact that the blanket was clearly broken and unraveled, and there was an attempt to fold it on itself and no attempted communication with me about it. I don't understand if they thought I wouldn't notice or somehow not care. I also suspect (cannot be 100% positive) a color change which would indicate misguided washing. When I pointed these two things out to them, they disappeared entirely. I'm not sure if they didn't appreciate the callout or if they never planned to help me in the first place. I have now not heard from them for over a month. I never even received a refund on the service. An aside - their phone line has never once had an individual behind it. The website seems nice but actually is quite shady in terms of transparency. I do not understand the positive Yelp reviews, and will be going there next.

I've never heard of Press Cleaners (presscleaners.com) before today, however we've had two transactions from this company declined to our credit cards today. I'm guessing they were trying to see if the accounts were active. I don't know if it is someone directly at the organization, or how they managed to get our credit card info. As far as I can tell their organization doesn't even operate in my state.

This cleaning service ruined clothes, lost items and then eventually just ignored my requests to address these issues. They are not providing anywhere near a quality service.

I have used Press Cleaners in ****** for 16 months, and over the last few months, their service has become HORRIBLE. I received multiple shirts back with broken buttons, which made them unwearable. Then recently, they started returning my shirts with the COLORS BLEEDING due to improper cleaning, making the shirts completely ruined (see photos). I had over $200 worth of clothes damaged by Press Cleaners.These are such rudimentary mistake from a cleaner, and they intentionally try to return your damaged clothes without telling you. As a customer, you shouldn't have to proactively tell them about damages that are so obvious as the collar and cuffs having the colors bleed into the white fabric.The true character of a company shows not when things go well, but when mistakes are made. If you want to avoid your clothes from being damaged and horrible customer service, then avoid ********************** at all cost!
