He did my front teeth. He did them and they were awful. He did not fix the problem, he hid it and I lost them due to his failure to fix them. He is a horrible dentist.Review from Sherry H

I strongly recommend that anyone looking for a dentist NOT use Dr. Huffstutler. I paid in full for dental work prior to service. When time for the final (most expensive) part of the work, I arrived at the office 3 times ready for the appointment, each time hearing a reason why the work could not be completed or the delay with such work. I asked for the portion of money back for this final work so I could go elsewhere and he would not return it. A judgment has now been awarded and he still hasn't given me the money. I went elsewhere to get the work completed. I have now paid twice for the dental work. I am a retired person on a fixed income and can't afford to work with a dentist who has no regard for integrity, honesty or ethical treatment of a customer. Knowledge isn't the only aspect of providing a service.Review from Marisela G.

Since July 2021 I have had a nightmare experience with this dental office in North Richland Hills that has not only failed miserably in performing service that I paid for but also along the way wasted my time not showing up for pre scheduled office visits or even refusing to return calls or written correspondence in a timely fashion in relation to services. All this up until the last appointment they made for me, which they failed to show up for in late November. That visit would have been the 3rd one they no showed for. This dentist's office should never be allowed to con anyone else in North Richland Hills or Tarrant County ever again. This by far is the worst customer service and pure professional experience I have ever been a part of in any aspect, personally or professionally.

Dear Sir,Thank you for your feedback. I am aware that when my vaccinated staff member developed Covid it required immediate isolation for all office staff. That was learned the morning of her hospital visit with fast onset pneumonia. Im sorry she didnt reach you in time to let you know. Ultimately it prevented you from being exposed. She has been in isolation for three weeks until testing negative. She cant check for email from you while very ill.Customer Response

If that was an isolated incident I would understand but there were numerous other no show appointments by you and your staff over a 4-5 month period. Not to mention the extreme lack of communication during the entire process AFTER paying you for service. I would never recommend anyone to you to say the least but hopefully my experience will at least result in your office being more courteous and proffessional to your existing and future clientele. This guy is terrible! Does not show up for appointments that were scheduled months in advance or is extremely late and have to reschedule. Does not do everything promised. Had to File a formal complaint with the Texas Board of Dental Examiners because he will not return messages, phone calls or emails. Paid him 4 k to straighten my daughters teeth December of 2019. Was suppose to get a retainer never got it to this day. Her teeth went back to being crooked again because never got the retainer. Been trying to work with this guy but can't work with someone who just doesn't do what he said he would do. The receptionist is rude and very unhelpful. I felt like I was dealing with a 16 year old. Anyway he brought this on himself. I don't see how he can retain customers this way!
