Dr A. Did a superb job on my 13 crowns. He was even able to straighten out a crooked tooth without braces. He was very professional and calm and a real perfectionist which I appreciated. His assistant was equally superb! I was extremely pleased with his work.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. This is the most unprofessional, rude, harmful place I have encountered in my whole life. When the dentist numbed me to get my tooth prepared for the crown, she was actually bragging to her assistant that she would lie about working in the food service industry just to get free meals at a restaurant she was eating at. If I wasn't already drilled down, I would've left that moment. I wish I would have anyway. There probably isn't enough characters to fully express the horrible and torturous experience that I still over 7 months later am going through due to this place. I came to them in June because I had a cavity that I needed refilling and my previous dentist was out of town and couldn't just redo it when I was having sharp pain. ********************************* was really nice to me and told me she could check it out immediately and fix it. I have had this issue with other cavities being refilled so I thought it was odd when she told me I had to go see a specialist to see if I needed a root canal. I shouldn't have ever gone. I had to go up north and that dr. was rude and told me that "most of his patients don't ask as many questions so he could just do his job." I had already been experiencing stabbing pain in my mouth for a month so I decided to just do it so I could get the crown as **************** said. I did it and the root canal was fine. I went in 2 weeks later to get my temporary crown and it seemed to be fine. When I went in to get my full crown 2 weeks later, she told me everything would be covered and handled with what I paid if I needed to do any issues if needed. I went to make an appointment for an overdue cleaning and was on my way. I immediately started feeling like I had a bruise on the inside of my mouth like someone was repeatedly punching me from the inside. It was unbearable. It would wake me up and I could hardly eat or brush my teeth without major discomfort. It was also hurt when I would talk sometimes...just irritating all around. I called numerous times for weeks and couldn't get back in because they didn't answer the phone and didn't have a voicemail. I went up there once during the middle of office hours and it was just taped off like they were redoing the whole plaza. I had paid over $800 and they kept charging me random $30 charges that didn't makes sense and after going up there I decided to file a dispute with my credit card company. I needed to get the crown redone because of the pain, but where was I going to go and how much more was I going to have to spend? I kept calling for 3 more weeks until I finally got a voicemail randomly and then left a message only to be called back over a week later. I went in and she took x rays and gave me ammoxicilin which I knew wouldn't do **** s*** It didn't. She then told me to come back in again another month later and she took xrays again (always showing nothing that she could ever say mattered) and said I needed to see a gum specialist before she redoes the crown. I made the appointment knowing it wasn't my gums just to get the service I paid for already completed. The night before, they called me and said the gum specialist would be more money and I had to pay before they would see me and it was just absolutely insane so I told them no and said I wanted her to redo the crown and that was it. They told me she could do it the following week. I had an 8am appointment and had to be at work at 10. The staff told me she "almost never comes in early because that's just what she does." and she didn't show up until 945. She took my old crown off and told me they had to mold again and it could take a couple weeks for the new one to come in. In all of the visits that I did, I came in 5 times in the morning and each time she wasn't there and the staff was putting several patients in rooms just waiting hours for her to come. It was never a dental emergency, the one staff member actually told me that I shouldn't feel bad because "how do I think she feels having to constantly call patients to tell them she isn't going to come in again". I scheduled to have the crown redone and they called me the night before to tell me i won my dispute with the credit card, but they could only redo the crown if i paid 131 in cash. It was so stupid. I went to the atm and took 140 out and then she called me 10 minutes before my appointment the next morning to tell me she just "didn't feel like coming in" and that if i wanted it done i needed to come in "the late morning or mid afternoon" she also stopped coming on tuesdays completely which is when I could move my schedule, but that shouldn't even be a problem. I was finally able to reschedule it on a friday after having the temporary on way longer than expected and instantly this crown felt like it fit no issues. They didn't have change for my 140 so they said if i schduled my cleaning, they could give me my change in cash that day. Yesterday, I was scheduled for my cleaning at 830. I walked in and nobody was there at the front or that I could even hear in the back for 25 minutes. Randomly, someone came up and just slid the glass open, didn't greet me, didn't say sorry and just looked at me like I was bothering her. I told her I had an appointment and she told me to sign in but there wasn't even a pen. She put it down in front of me and slammed the glass. It was so insane. Finally, one of the assistants sat me back 45 minutes after my schedule and telling them I had to be done by 930 and them ensuring me it would only take 30 minutes. The dentist kept being "10 minutes away". I did numerous x rays (which by the way, i've had xrays done probably 15 times no exaggeration). This one would've mattered to do cleaning of my whole mouth, but they didn't give me the change they owed me, they never apologized and I could hear them yelling at each other and having a managerial dispute right behind me in the dentist chair. I don't think shutting this place down or having this dentist never practice again would even be enough. The dentist doesn't care about any of her patients time, she doesn't care about what you tell her when you are in pain and she has her staff pulling their hair out and they don't even feel bad throwing her under the bus. In what world can you tell a customer/patient that your boss "just doesn't feel like doing mornings" what planet is this? Lie to me. They should be making up emergencies and at least trying to sound professional. I walked out yesterday and I will never go back. I hope nobody ever goes there and has to experience even a fraction of what I'm going through. I still have to have my crown checked because I have a retainer that can't sit in the same spot, but I've decided I just go anywhere else and any amount of money would be better than going to that place. I will do whatever I can in my power to get my money back for services that she didn't show up for and charge my insurance when she wasn't even in the building. I might even take legal action if the BBB doesn't stop her from practicing. but do not go here and please put an end to this unprofessional and shameless place.
