I visited Aspen down in ************* ** on April 10th to extract two teeth. I met ***************. I assumed she was a oral surgeon. I should have checked her degree in dentistry. She found me in severe pain. After 40 years of dental work I know my teeth my pain tolerance and what's needed to get Through through the procedure. First of all, I gave her my dental history over 70 years. In order to give her my dental background. I was concerned about post-op pain management. Let her know my previous dentist *************** for me. she said no problem she would give me 4 days of Tylenol! Tylenol is a little bit more difficult are you kidding me? She tried to explain to me that she might be sued or Arrested for any Opioid prescription. in the past my real dentist would prescribe me hydrocodone 10 milligrams three times a day for 10 days. that was comfortable and work for me. Trust me, I am a retired PHD in mechanical engineering. not a drug addict having my teeth pulled out for the pain medication! This is what happens when ************************* warned us of government getting involved And medicine! Just to let you know after the ******** wore off I was seriously heading to the ** for pain management. it was a nightmare, I did not go because I was unable to drive! Also the night following the procedure I was up all night throwing up blood that I had swallowed. In summary, I would be going back to Aspen dental in ************* To iinquire and obtain a certificate for *************** as being a dental surgeon. If she is not, I will be filing lawsuit To her and Aspen. no person should be subjected to such prehistoric dentistry! It is my suggestion to you all 2 Stay away from Aspen. there are a bunch of quacks and snake oil Outfit! signed: ***********************

Scam artists. I came in due to an old filling falling out and had quite a bit of mouth pain. The dentist did the filling extremely fast. She had no assistant and it took half the time of any other filling I had in the past. Within two days I started having tooth pain again and realized my filling came out. I returned to the dentist and she didn't even bother looking in my mouth. Just told me I needed a root canal. I definitely couldn't afford that as I don't have insurance. I was charged well over $100 for a three minute appointment.I ended up going to a different dentist and he said he could absolutely just do a filling on the tooth. The filling has held up great and I am in zero pain.Do not waste your money at Aspen Dental. They are crooks and should be ashamed of themselves

Been a patient back in the Covid years in ********* **********. Did several thousand of work with no insurance. Never did they resolve my issue and after a $500 teeth cleaning the hygienist ask if I had any issue and said yes tooth number 4. She said looks like I have abscess tooth after a ex ray and a doctor would get back to me. 6 months latter never did they wanted me to do a cleaning again and said no waiting for a resolved matter on my number 4 tooth. I finally needed to go in person to the office with appointment from bothering me and needed full Ex rays and hygienist work and finally said I will not be going threw that service but needed one tooth to look at. They refused because of procedure with me and ask me to leave so I did. They have shot me up in the past for needed work and then said I had already did it and walked out. Ask me another time while doing work if music was fine and this rap is playing while working on my teeth and had my mouth open not being to say such it off. Times have changed. All I know is I will go somewhere else now and the tooth I had issues on for going in never did they resolve it. And while waiting in there office the manager hangs up on people he uttered to the front desk when asked what that was about!!!!

********, almost died. Suppose to place surgical titanium implants, instead used tri-metal. My body had a reaction to include blood platelets dropping, entire body swelling, burn spots. Had to have two platelet transfusions. Had to take chemo medicine to stabilize platelets which damaged my liver. When me and all the doctors requested my medical records Aspen Dental refused to release them. When Aspen Dental was served with a 30 day notice they released incomplete and inaccurate records. After filing a police report with ************** police ***** they released another set of records which does not show any record for the date of my dental implant procedure. When Dental Aspen was served with a letter of intent to file a lawsuit they released yet another set of records. Still no record for the date of my procedure.

I visited the Aspen Dental in ****, ** on 3/10/2023. I had an infection in my jaw tooth. They showed me several different payment options/plans. They were supposed to call in a prescription for the infection as I was in excruciating pain. Was seen at 8:30 in the morning. Went to pick up prescription from the pharmacy at 11. No prescription was received. Called the clinic back took almost 44 minutes to finally get a live person (but only finally got a live person after calling their I guess national #) and she (operater also provided an after hours # for going forward) e-mailed someone to call me back. They still didn't call so I chose option as if I'd never been seen to finally speak to a live person. I was guaranteed by 2 employees ********************** manager) the Dr. would fax the prescription to the pharmacy before they left for the **** ****** closed at noon, it was 5 minutes until noon when I spoke to them. At 3 o'clock, I went back to the pharmacy but no prescription was received. Called after hours # they were putting a call into the Dr. who was on call. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. Called again 2 1/2 hours later, same thing called again after another 1 1/2 hours had pasted. After that the answering service called me about every half hour or so to see if Dr. had called. NEVER DID! Now it's been 24 hours since being guaranteed that my prescription would be called in and I've already spoke to the after hours folks again this morning and still an hour later excruciating pain still throbbing & no calls from Dr. Aspen Dental's recording says 'Thank you for putting your TRUST in us'. Can't say that I will or can trust them after the so called service I received. Finally received call from *******:45pm 3/11 stating he called prescription in earlier by this time the pharmacy is closed can't get prescription. I was finally able to get prescription 48 hours after appointment Dr. also states it's hard for answering service to reach him on weekends so why be on call?

Since 08/2021 it has been an ongoing nightmare at ***** Dental at the Forum...to say the least. 1. Several extended wait times (over 45 min) to be seen and for anesthesia to set in; despite being scheduled when office opened. 2. Cancellation of appointment upon arrival due to no prior staff advisement of what to bring for follow-up appointment(s). 3. Inaccurate information received regarding initial and orthodontic treatment costs; to include how financing options are applied to account. 4. Despite approved financing, Billed for orthodontic services in 09/2021 and office staff did not assist until issue was 'escalated' to upper management this past June. Account is in collections. 5. Lack of follow-up on status update even after ***** financial consultant escalated issue. Several calls made and emails sent to upper management for a whole month. 6. In July, went to office for assistance to correct. Was advised office did not apply full amount of approved financing and would request correction from Care Credit financing company. 7. Weeks later, escalated issue still unresolved. Office manager stated they had High staff turnover, admitted information and proper patient documentation was not signed regarding treatment plan so they would assist in resolving account issue. 8. A month later, matter is still unresolved and treatment for orthodontic services started in 09/2021 are irrelevant now and will have to be restarted.***If you want a professional and honest dental experience, do not select ***** Dental at the Forum as an option.***

At Temple TX Aspen Dental was given a price for 3400.00 for my wife to get some extractions and there "top of the line dentures," for my wife. I paid for every thing up front, was told that a oral surgeon would do the extractions for her. It turned out it was the dentist who did it, not the oral surgeon. The dentist did not suctions her enough, and she ended up asperating on the blood from the extractions. Next day she was coughing up blood, went to the emergency room next she had aspirational pneumonia, from the blood from the extractions. She then spent the next 3 days in the hospital on IV antibiotics. When she got the "temporary " dentures the were the cheapest they had and was charge 1400.00 a piece. The dentures don't, even come close to fitting, they have yet to do any adjustments, and they sent me a 1500.00 bill on top of what I already paid. Worst dentist office I have ever seen with a terrible dentist, looking at possibly getting a lawyer. Do NOT go here. P.S. The 3400 they quoted was our share from after the insurance payments, I have federal Met Life. Will also talk to insurance for any fraudulent billing
