Dear ***/*****,While checking my current auto loan payments a couple weeks ago online, I noticed that this CU had been charging me additional 60$ as CPI per month. This is just incorrect:I was on the phone with one of their customer representatives last year before the summer over 30 minutes since I kept getting a letter notification from them re these CPI charges. After providing him with all my insurance info once again, he "assured" me that I would NEVER receive those letters. He even told me that I could ignore any upcoming letters in the future since I was "all set!"After having a lot of back and forth with the loan department (Ms. ************************* and many more), they did not accept their mistake for providing me with faulty information, which resulted in my being punished by 60$ per month for no reason! They were unprofessional enough to say that they were acting as a "third party" between me and their insurance company without recognizing the fact that they are my lienholder, and I am responsible to them in any issues regarding my payments and they are responsible for resolving all my issues. Here are a couple of additional notes from my communication with them:1. **************** stated that there could be some misunderstandings between their loan department and insurance company since their representatives were not "quite knowledgeable" in this regard. To me, this statement was also completely unacceptable and unprofessional since whomever I talked to on the phone officially represented this CU.2. While I requested a change on my personal loan payment date on the phone, which was a different issue, I noticed that this change had not been applied and had to message them once again. Their response was that they did not receive any request from me. This separate issue reconfirms that there are big miscommunication and disorganization issues within their loan department.Thus, I am requesting a refund for 540$ based on their mistake.Sincerely, **************
