Horrible experience. The previous bad reviews are unfortunately accurate. I wish I had read them before. It took 2 weeks and lots of phone tag to finally settle the deal, and it would have taken longer if I had not insisted on talking to a manager who was able to get things pushed through before the seller backed out. They will say it was mine or the sellers fault but it was their own. They dont answer the phone. They made errors on the paperwork which required another set of notarized documents to be sent. Then 27 days after the bill of sale date, and after multiple unanswered email and calls, I was told the title paperwork was scheduled to be sent to the county that day. 27 days? Makes me wonder how long they would have taken if I hadnt started asking about it? As an accountant, I have seen this game played many times. This is obviously a company with cash flow problems that is hanging on to money as long as possible.Now I have a boat that I have made a payment for that I cannot legally use because they drug their feet on processing the title paperwork.

Your loan was funded on 4/7/2023 and we had to wait on your seller to send his ink signed ***** of **** and ink signed **** of sale.
If you have ever purchased anything from any Dealership you would be aware that the title issue process usually takes around a month and a half to get the process completed at the state level....yours took 21 Calendar days or 15 business daysEarlier today you were emailed proof of completed transfer showing ******* has issued titles / transfer for the Hull and trailer.

Thank you iNet!We purchased a boat from out of state and had issues with the seller getting the original titles for iNet. Come to find out the title had been altered by the seller and was not valid......we cancelled that purchase and located another one......thank you to ******** and **** for your diligence with protecting us on this!!Review from K.M.

We would not do business with them ever again. This was one of the worst experiences ever! We purchased a boat through a private seller & used iNet as the ***************** (BIG MISTAKE). We got the boat 12-14-21 & by Feb *************************************************** any reliable update. When we contacted iNet they said they were requesting a duplicate title (they did not do that). After many back & forth emails I was sent to ************************* (the President of iNet) who just kept making excuses on why they didn't have the title, kept blaming anyone else & never took any accountability themselves for their lack of follow-up. Mid March 2022, I ended up doing all the legwork myself. I called the sellers bank & the seller ************ got the title done ourselves, w/ zero help from iNet. 04-26-22 I had to, yet again, contact iNet to find out how they were going to give the *** the money we already paid for **************** gave iNet the address of the *** on where to send the check. on 05-06-22 we FINALLY got the title in our names. The full amount we paid for registration was not sent to the ***. I contacted iNet on the overage we paid & I was told it would take 3-4 weeks to get a refund & would automatically be sent directly to our bank we had a loan w/ & would show a credit automatically. on 06-24-22 (7 weeks later) I contacted iNet, yet again, asking the status of the refund. They never mailed any overage & now will mail a check to us directly. 07-06-22 we received the overage & are finally done with iNet. iNet never contacted us w/ any follow-up, we always had to contact them asking where they were in the process (which looking back was no where). If we hadn't contacted them about the overage they would of kept that money for who knows how long, maybe forever. Some people were nice but the President was rude, threatening & never took any responsibility for their errors, their lack of communication or their lack of any follow-up. STAY AWAY FROM iNET.
