Complete worthless entity that reports lies. Experian reported a name other than my own on their report for me, then remove it at my request but cannot tell me WHY it was on my report to begin with! They give several different phone numbers to call for "dispute" and all you get is a recording telling me to put in writing what is wrong - but they dropped my credit 30 points BECAUSE of the other person's report on MY REPORT and don't fix that wrong which affects ALL my business deals and reflects badly on me but don't even have the knowledge to exress why they did this after ruining my credit!!! They need to stop doing business immediately! One star because they deserve no stars but can't report without giving one.They contacted me, I did NOT solicit their business, neither would I ever because they don't know what they are doing! They deserve an F- rating.Review from John W

Was sent to experian by CALSTRS ( State Teachers Retirement System) and told to get free membership with this company. Filled out forms and when i accessed the report it was my personal information with someone of the same name but different address. Spent about 3 hours trying to get help on help lines, reached one person who hung up on me after refusing to help.If you want to protect you information DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. They gave mine away.Review from ed c

I was led to sign up for cost free service due to an identity hack thru an insurance agency. I was told it would be free. Immediately upon signing up there was an amount due indicated on my home page. I called with a desire to ask for an explanation or to cancel, but when I finally contacted someone they were unhelpful and gave me two other numbers - neither one of which led me to an option of cancellation.
