7/21/23. I absolutely highly recommend Alpha Roofing. They installed a high quality beautiful roof March 2020. Everything was completed and completely cleaned up in one day. The two owners, ********************* and *************************, are two absolutely ethical individuals. They stand by the work and warranties of Alpha Roofing. Today 7/20/23 I had the opportunity to experience how they go above and beyond standing by their work to actually volunteering to fix my roof problem that is not their fault or responsibility. They volunteered to fix the problem at no cost to me. **** discussed the solution with me and why it will work while other possible fixes likely would not work. They have offered this with graciousness, professionalism, all questions answered and open positive communication. ***** as Alpha Roofing provided full explanations I could understand, in short earned a more than 5 star review when the evaluation for the new roof was done 2020. ************************* and his team earned more than 5 star reviews for installing the roof in ****. **** as Alpha Roofing earns a more than 5 star review with his assessment and plan to resolve my roofs problem today. I want to emphasize this problem is not Alpha Roofings fault nor responsibility. It will be at no cost to me. Alpha Roofing owners volunteered to do this and professionally went above and beyond .., far beyond their business responsibilities because they are ethical people and hold themselves and their company to extremely high standards. You can trust they employ similar high quality people who pride themselves on their work. I recommend Alpha Roofing for their excellent work, standing by their warranties, and the professional, personable, ethical, and communicative ways they conduct business.
