              BBB unable to locate business
              Date of transaction Nov 2021. I received a call from this company threatening to take me to court in regards to a amount owed to ATI that was shut down in *********** for Chapter 12 bankruptcy I was Given my Certificate and the end of my course did not wait for them to send in mail for outstanding balance, I asked what loan this was and why I'm being contacted 10 years later if it is outstanding balance I would have seen on my credit report . It scared me they have been taking money out my check since Nov 2021 and I want a refund and to stop payment with this company and a better explanation on why I owed this money to a school that was shut down and I do not owe anything else. I have yet to receive any documentation my bill is even going down I will be canceling my bank from them taking from me any more.

              This company obviously Chinese up under a number associated with fraud and harass people about legal action very unprofessional. If they feel they have a right to the chains they are making they should try a more professional approach. I believe they need to be placed under investigation.
