I called to negotiate a **** with a Account Services, *** collection agency. They denied negotiating a lower fee to pay off debt and in informed them I could not pay full amount. I simply did not have it all at the time less than two weeks ago from today date. Soon after my information was compromised by them literally providing a fake email address, but they already had my previous address and current phone number and used it to share online with a marketing database for countless of robo calls. They provided it to refinance a mortgage, to do home improvement and so many others that I receive calls from 7:30am until 9:00pm at night. In the last two weeks I have thousands of calls no exaggeration. I do not even own a home. I rent. They set up a fake email address but have my old previous residence and current phone and submitting it to everything they can find online to subject me to unmanageable phone calls. I wish I could share with you a screen shot of the countless calls I get. Even though I tell companies I wish to OPT OUT and STOP they say well it was recently submitted, and it was not by me. This is DEBT COLLECTOR who I spoke with who did this they are clearly the culprit because before my conversation with them I had none of this trouble and through my phone calls it can be proven in a court of law if necessary. I spoke only with one person who was a female. Now I am being inundated with hundreds of calls an hour and even on weekends. It is my work phone and I do not have the ability to download those applications to take preventative measure. What do you suggest and what can I do? The reason I have this data is because I called one of the phone calls back called Rocket Mortgage spoke with a man who informed me of how my data was entered into the system with the fake email and the debt company did have the old address and my current phone number. Pathetic tactics beneath me to do this to you.

I keep getting emails from a hayleysdebtcollect Claiming they work with ACCOUNT SERVICES COLLECTIONS INC. multiple emails back and forth asking for the name of the company the amount owed and this Hayleys debt collect phone number. Still havent gotten the info requested. Only told i will send you a link to make the payment . No contact phone number. Threatened lawsuit from the first email. Dont know if theyre legit or a scam
