I booked and attended a party for my sons 14th birthday on 5/28. We were greeted by our host and the party was easy and the kids enjoyed themselves. I and my guest abided by the rules and agreement and arrived and left the room within the allotted time. There were 7 of 10 wristbands used at the party, but not for lack of the amount of people; but because the adults did not use them. So I paid and went to put my things in the car when my party reservation ended and prepared to stay until the kids wanted to leave since its an all day pass. I had 3 wristbands remaining and when I asked for them, I was told by the host she could not give them to me. I immediately asked for my items or a refund and she told me neither was possible. I asked for a manager because the host was a teen and did not seem as she could assist any longer.The issue was escalated to J, who was from the very start rude and demeaning. He took no professional measures to provide any level of customer care or service. He was dismissive and taunting. It was extremely out of line. At the point where I was disrespected, I asked for a higher authority and S. came and I begin to record my experience live on ******** because in my lived experience as a woman of color, I have had enough experiences where my acts have been stereotyped and inflated when I am simply conducting business and I felt that I needed a record of the treatment I was receiving. Ss approach was to treat me being articulate as though I was being belligerent for asking for the policy about wristbands which is not written and could mean the staff takes them and use them - was to call security. This staff needs customer service and cultural competence security was not needed.. The agreement says you receive any package items when you and your guest get there. They were wrong to keep wristbands I paid $120 for. This was recorded and is posted on my social media account.

Been coming to Austin's Park and pizza with family and friends for 18 plus yrs. I was asked in front of my 10 yr old and husband to leave because I asked a lady that reached over my food not to do that and she told the staff and the manager was called. He then told us we had to leave my husband asked for a refund he said he would look into it as the conversation went on he said no refund and called the cops
