Service for vent cleaning was scheduled for 9/12/23 agree upon hours were 9-6. I was asked to remove my pets from the house during these hours. I boarded my cat for those hours. At 4:30pm when they Hadnt arrived we reached out to them and were told they would be late and Given a time of 6pm. I had to extend the hours my cat was boarded for an additional cost. A technician arrived at 7:15 and said he could not provide the service and would return the next morning at 9am. I told him I was angry but did not blame him. The next morning at 9:20 I called because he had not arrived. The lady on the phone said she would check and told me I was the first stop And he should have already been there. I confirmed he was not. I asked how long the service takes. She replied 2 hours. I said ok can you cancel the service because the boarder can not keep My cat that late. I explained I was frustrated and the prior and events and said I expected him to be there at 9am. It was 9:20 during this call. I asked if there was a supervisor I could speak with and she told me they were in meeting. I said I would try again later and thanked her. When my husband called back later to see if they would reimburse the cost of having our cat boarded ($60) and rebook us they told him I was so rude they would never offer us service again and that they were afraid of me. So they have no intention of providing the service or reimbursing the money we spent in good faith that they would Show up. I was never rude and never raised my voice or yelled at anyone. The technician I explained I was angry too said I would be too. I am sorry they caused me immense anxiety and cost me $60 and never provided the agreed upon service.
