In February of 2021, my home had some flood damage that required me to get my floors replaced. I had this work completed in March of 2021, but the flooring was not installed properly as some areas were cut improperly. At the time of purchase I was told by the owner (Izoor) that I had a 1 year warranty. I contacted the owner several times after installation and did not get a response or I was told that he was out of the country or not available. When I finally got a call back from the owner several months later, he came out to my home and agreed that some of the flooring needed to be redone after seeing it for himself. He told me to call back once some other work in my kitchen was complete. Once my kitchen work was complete, I called the owner to schedule the replacement services. He told me he would have to make sure that the floor type I had was in stock and then call me back to schedule it. When he called me back several weeks later, he told me that the flooring was no longer being manufactured and that he couldnt do anything else for me. I explained to him that I contacted him several times within the warranty period so that made him responsible for replacement of the flooring, he insisted that it had nothing to do with him and to contact my homeowners insurance company.

In June 2022, my Mother purchased carpet from Century Floors in ******. She purchased a carpet with a short pile and a pad in case she had a fall while using her ****** across the carpet. A month passed before the owner returned from being out of the country and installation was scheduled. The Owner arrived with one installer, then left and returned prior to completion of the installation. With small wrinkles in the carpet, he was asked if the wrinkles could be removed. He asked his installer to get the stretcher tool and remove the wrinkles. The installer said he didnt bring the tool because that type of carpet would tear if it was stretched. The two of them stepped outside and returned to say the carpet could not be stretched because it was an outdoor carpet and was designed to be glued down without a pad. Against the Owners word, my Mother said she was not told this at the time of purchase. The Owner said he would return and take care of it if the wrinkles got worse. He was also asked about transition strips that were needed in three passageways connecting to other rooms. His response was that ********** down the road sold those, and we could buy those and install them ourselves. A couple of weeks passed, the carpet wrinkles worsened, and the Owner was contacted. He finally came to look at it and said there was nothing he could do about it. After many attempts of trying to contact him, he said that if my Mother would buy a different kind of carpet from him that was appropriate for a pad then he would pay for the installation. My Mother was adamant that she had already paid him for carpet and she was not going to pay him any more money. He told me multiple times that my Mother would be satisfied when he finished and that he would take care of the problem. The wrinkles are now dangerous for my Mother to walk across with her ****** and his promise that she would be satisfied has yet to be fulfilled.
