    In April of this year (2022) I dropped of my pontoon boat (which was running great at the time) for repairs to the console trim switch, navigation lights, fuel gauge, and installation of a radio which I provided. I paid $1725 in cash for these repairs due to finding out the evening I picked up my boat in June that the trim still didn't work, nor did the nav lights. There were tools strewn about my boat and a large oil stain in the carpet. I was asked to come back the next morning (no reimbursement was offered for the additional expense in fuel and time that their failure to complete the repairs I paid them in full were offered. It was determined that the remaining issue on the trim was a bad fuse and it was corrected. The nav lights were determined to be a bad switch ( I received no money back despite paying for the repair). There was no compensation offered for the damage to my carpet and my console seat was broken by *****, the head of the repair shop, without so much as an apology, much less compensation. I did not realize that they left the fuel sending unit unsecured in the fuel tank which resulted in a considerable amount of rain contaminating my fuel and rendering my boat inoperable and stuck on the water at a gathering. I informed them of the situation via email and received a call from them on 04 August. We discussed the situation and I was told that management would discuss the matter and get back with me. I sent another email on 13 September informing them that they failed to get back with me and that I am considering legal action against their company for compensation. It is now 22 September and I have yet to hear back from them.

    I brought my boat here to get worked on a little over a year ago. I paid $1800 for the repairs and took it to the lake. Over the first couple of weeks the boat kept on messing up. The issue I was having is the boat would work for a little while then would only go about 5-10 mph full throttle. I took it in 2 other times to have the issue fix. I would get the boat back and same issue would happen. I took it there again for the last time where my boat sat for 9 months. Calls after calls they would say they are working in it. I got the call finally that my boat was fixed. When I arrived to pick up my boat the invoice had cleaner and labor charge only. But the mechanic said he had to put in a float or something for the carburetor. The **** was $446. I asked for a full break down of the invoice and was told the mechanic wasn't there. So I went ahead to look at my boat. It was filthy, covered in dirt and was sat outside the whole time. I brought it home and notice that the engine compartment hinges was bent and I couldn't close the compartment. I gave them $100 payment and ask to take the boat home and make sure it would run. ( after all it's been in the shop three times for the same issue) well I get it home and it rains for the next two weeks. I get a call telling me I need to pay the rest of my ****. I told them I want to test it first before I payed. He said you had the boat for 2 weeks, I stated yall had it for 9 months and that I will take it out as soon as I could. I also stated that I wasn't happy with the boat being filthy, the hinges being bent and the invoice didn't explain what the charges was for. He didn't care, said they don't clean boats and that the hinges could have bent on my way home. For the next week I get calls after calls telling me I need to come in and pay my ****. I took the boat out and the same issue is going on. I got a call today and explained the boat wasn't fix but they still wanted to get paid. I went ahead and payed and will not be going back here again. "
