Can't get customer service warranty will expire and no-one will return your calls and or email. warranty is useless after a year of trying no help and ******* told me the expert grill (AWS GLOBAL) WOULD HAVE TO HELP ME. Not so they don't answer or return email and phone calls. Wasted money time and food. Seems like a lawsuit is in order

****************** was calling our call center before it opened. I received an email on 3-24-2021 at 7:36am. I responded to him at on 3-24-2021 at 2:02pm explaining that he was calling before we opened and that we are here 9am -6pm CST.Customer Response

This wasn't as simple as aws states. This warranty thing has been going on since the first 3/24/21contact. I've got some files to addReview from Johanna R.

I ordered a part from this company, they sent me the wrong part, and refused to take the part back at thier cost. It was a **** part that cost me ***** for shipping. I gave them the correct saw I'd number and they sent me a dust bag for a miter saw not a 10 inch skill saw. The clerk was rude and I will never do business with them again. They are selling products under craftsman name but the metcandise Is not actual Craftsman. When I called the number on the instruction manual the call went to craftsman. Craftsman directed me to AWS *********** I thought I was purchasing true craftsman products.AWS Global, Inc. Response

I reviewed your order and here is what I found. You ordered the part online on 1-6-2022 at 5:30pm. (AWS is open until 6:00 pm) The part number YOU ordered was ********* and in the description it clearly states "Dust Bag for Craftsman CMXEMAX69434501 10-in 15-Amp Single Bevel Sliding Miter Saw. AWS did not send the wrong part. You ordered the wrong part. We will gladly let you return it but there is a 20% restocking fee since this was your error.
