Went into the shop located on ******************** atx for an oil change and a state inspection. Was told itll be a couple hours. Decided to go home called after 4 hours and they haven't even started on my vehicle... management seriously needs more training and give a reasonable quoted time and quit wasting everyone's time.

Absolutely the best price on all car repairs. They offer excellent service that entails everything from low tire to engine work. They'll give you fair costs to repair your car with upfront pricing and included taxes.I'm glad this company stands up for quality auto care. We had the unfortunate experience of deal with ***** Tire and Automotive on ******************************************** took 5 visits to repair our 2015 ***** Trax. We were billed for work that was not done which necessitated 5 trips to their location. We were also billed excessively for labor and parts. We have the documentation to prove it. We could not recommend this place to anyone.Review from Frank W.

Took trailblazer in to get alignment tech didn't know what he was doing started to do toe set I had to stop him told him I needed complete alignment he sad they couldn't do it so I went in office to tell the service advisor she got mad I went out side she came out and got in me face screaming at me not to ever come in and say anything about her techs and started telling me I needed to chill out I was outside by myself wasn't bothering anyoneReview from Sandra A

Went in for oil change and was told it would take 1hour. 2 hours later went up to desk asking for my car and was told the filter had not been delivered yet. I think they should have informed me they didnt have part and was ordering, and give me opportunity to move on to someone else! 2 1/2 hours later I left. Bad business practice and not honest! Will never return to Lambs on 620 or any of their other shops!Review from Steve V

Lambs on 620 said they could fix a belt chirping, they did not fix it and then refused to fix it saying the car was in bad shape when I brought in, the car fax tells a much different story! I asked to to have all the belt tensioners and pulleys replaced, what they replace was one pully and 2 belts after having the car for 2 weeks and making multible excusses why it wasn't done in the 3 day time frame the gave me. For this I was charged over ******* and the car still wasn't fixed. The manger is extremely bad at his job and needs to find other work outside of face to face with customers.NOT A PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR!Review from Steven S

I have a 2016 ****** RAV4 with a 2.5 L four-cylinder which takes 4.7 quarts of oil. They misdiagnosed my car as having a 3.5 L and said it was a four runner which is not and they overfilled the crank case, with 2 quarts of oil, three people mess this I will never again bring my car to them for any kind of workReview from Fiona S

I took my car to have the rear brakes done and oil leak. They charged me $894. They up. Charges me for a router that did not need to be changed. I has high performance routers and they dont have the machine to do it. So instead of telling me that, they told me it was no good. Then they charged me 3 different labor charge. To run a dye through the system aa $175, rear brakes $150 and oil leak was 175. So I paid $500 in labor. They wanted to charge me $2100 to fix brakes, oil leak and power steering.Review from terence p

they broke my window, dented my door, and ripped a connection of my mirror to my door out. they refuse to take responsibility claiming that it was that way when they got it. the blue paint from their lifts is on my mirror.Review from Pat J

Took my car in needing a water pump and timing chain and thermostat.Got quoted $2,850.00 and a pick up on Friday.Car was not done until Wed. and the bill was$3,650.00.Not happy it cost so much and took so long but they were very good about giving me help with rides back and forth.
