When I was searching for a new transmission shop for my FLEET, I called ROB to come out to our location. I explained what I wanted and in return he explained what he could do as far as time and money. I have had several shops that talk a good game wanting your business and many have received it only to be disappointed in the time frame and the final cost. Im well aware that each model year and make of vehicle presents a different situation along with the condition of the transmission when received. *** has always kept me up to date on the status of each the current job.Im only going to use one word to describe my relationship with Grapevine Automatic, and that is trust.

I took my vehicle in after a lengthy discussion with mechanic, explaining the issues going on with my transmission. Long story short, he proceeds to tell me that he and his team looked the car over, drove it and the transmission seemed fine so he replaces some wheel bearings and **** for $949 and sends me on my way. I then drive from the shop to my driveway (which is literally one street over) where my transmission then goes out!!!! So once the vehicle is towed back the shop, he NOW decides to take the pan off and actually look at the transmission and see that Yeah sh**t's broken! Then proceed to offer me a deal on a transmission replacement for $4500-5K!Sounds a lot like a money grab to me. Proceed with caution!Grapevine Automatic Inc Response
