Date of transaction: 5/09/ 23 & 5/24/23 Invoice ID: ************* I took my Audi to a specialized shop because I was having is***s that I couldn't fix on my own. The car was running in great condition other than the fact that it was boggin out and the code I was getting was 2nd to 3rd gear incorrect ratio. I took it to Euro Car Car and told them the code and that I thought it was a transmission is***. They told me no, and gave me a list of is***s to fix it. I spent $12,858 and they told me this would fix my is***. I drove it and immediately knew they didn't fix my is*** at all! So I took it back and was patient the first time, mistakes happen and they told me it "might" be the fuel pump so I paid another $1,372 to get that replaced and ***** you; it was running when I got it so it didn't need a new fuel pump or any other item they did. I specifically told them it was a transmission is*** but the mechanic kept going around that is***. Finally I told them I wasn't happy and I was going to *** because I spent about $13k for what?!I took it to ************* and they checked the code and told me immediately it was the transmission and the code is clear, why the other shop gave me the run around is beyond them. So then I paid AUDI another $16 grand to fix the is*** I originally paid Euro Car Care to fix. I don't want an apology, I this is not buyers remorse this is fraud! I paid for a service, I have the receipt where is specifically mentioned the is*** and they went around it to milk me for money
