              My 2012 Nissan Juke went into their shop September 2020. The throttle body was supposed to be replaced for around $600. From October to end of March 2021, they admitted to "lack of communication" on their end as they were waiting for approval on another part needed. My wife went into their shop in person to find out what was going on. I agreed, thinking it would be a quick install minus the delivery time. They received the part, but did not realize that the prong or plug did not come with it. It is June 2021. No contact regarding updates on the car from the shop. My wife has been calling weekly, and each week it is the same thing - waiting on the part. I cannot drive my vehicle as it is not drive-able until the throttle body has been reprogrammed and the electrical component is fixed/installed. I do not feel I should have to pay the amount quoted to me for all work - $2,300. I am willing to pay for the parts, if need be, but not the full amount.
