            On July 13th this shop took my car and gave me an estimate of $3,700 to repair it. I paid them $500 on July 15th to start the repairs and they said they would. When I got the $3,700 on July 25th, they informed me that they had not started the repairs but that they would start right away. I have called, visited in person, begged and pleaded and they have not finished my car. They called last week to tell me that the battery was dead. When I called today 8/25, they told me that they needed to do $1000 worth of additional repairs to the car and it was still not working. They said they would get me the car back next week, but they have said that about 4 times already. It's always next week. When I asked if I could get any of this in writing, she emphatically said NO! I did not authorize another $1,000 in repairs and I want my car back today.
