    So for starters the date of transaction was June 10th, 2023. I paid the business **** dollars. I went up to that car lot hoping to get a truck that I saw on ******** and they were going through the process and well me being young and I gave them the transaction of **** dollars. I was told the truck was not at the car lot and was gonna get here Monday which was June 12th. They made me sign paper work without even going over anything. Once they came back with the paper work I noticed that they changed the monthly payment on me so thats when I decided to tell them to give me back my down payment which again was ****. They tried talking me out of it and told me to come back Monday thats its a process because I have to wait and see it? I came back Monday morning missing a few hours of work and told them to give me back my money, and well they still didnt keep in mind I didnt even take the truck home or drive it I just told them that I want my money back they can keep the truck (I didnt drive away with any vehicle). I was told it was a long process and that my money would take 10 days to come. I came back 10 days later then was told my money would come soon and that they will call me, they never called me. I tried calling the lady that attended me and she does not answer. I called the car lot july 8th and they told me that the money would come next week and that they will call me back when it does. They never called me back and it has been 3 months later all I ask is for my money back because how does that even make sense I didnt even buy anything from them they basically just stole money from me. I told them june 10th after they tried changing the monthly payment I no longer wanted the vehicle never drove it home or off the lot I waited for it to come for my money back and as soon as it did I asked for it back but they keep insisting. Please help I simply want my money back.

    this place is full of ****. 0 out of 10 do not recommend. Literally two weeks after purchasing a vehicle, I noticed the oil light. thinking no big deal. Ill just go and get an oil change. Another three weeks went by and again the oil light is back on. By this time I have yet to have the car for 4 months . I took the car back to Tricolor Auto for a diagnostic. I was told to get another oil change then bring the vehicle in for service . I did and after servicing the car for over a week. I received the vehicle back and was informed everything had been addressed and corrected. Within less than a month I had still been receiving the same issue, so this time I decided to take the car to *********** dealership near me and have them run a diagnostics themselves. Several issues had been detected which I informed Tricolor immediately. Once again, my vehicle is taken in for service for over two weeks. During the time of service (EVERY TIME) there is poor communication, no updates nor are there any protocol as to what happens next. I have received my vehicle back for the third time and again the exact SAME issue is still not resolved and the company refuses to release me from my contract due to an issue they are unable to resolve.
