This company is a scam.I was paying over ******* a month just for a car that broke down . They didnt help with a car ti get to work but kept asking me to make a payment just ** the car needed a new engine. . They told me the car over heated but I was watching the gauge. It took there team over a week just to figure out what was wrong with it. They finally said it was driven while hot. Which I saw the the car wasnt hot at all. They scam people out of money and say well you signed the ****************** scam

I was sold an unsafe vehicle and asked them kindly to swap out the vehicle since a master mechanic took a look at the vehicle and stated it was unsafe and they were entirely liable. They refused to swap the vehicle and want me to pay to fix it or take the vehicle back without refunding me anything. The entire wheel snapped off on the highway. We could have been killed.

This company is a scam.! Got a 2014 ***** impala from them because we needed a vehicle, when signing the contract we were shocked at every little fee they charge and how you are allotted only certain amount of miles for the month. We got insurance on the vehicle, did necessary repairs to it and put new tires and rims on the vehicle but had to get them in payments since we had to invest so much money mechanically. They sent 2 guys from the dealership to recover the vehicle from my house in the middle of the day then when I call they stated we didnt have insurance on our vehicle and were over our allotted mileage. But wanted us to pay the recovery fee to get the vehicle back.! Currently sent dealership info to Rent a Tire so they can recover the rims and tires off the car since they are not paid off.! Dealership doesnt work with you at all and only cares about making money and scamming hardworking people.! Please if you are thinking about doing business with them, DONT.!!!!

This is my story with Rent2ownhq. I thought I was buying a car from this dealership on August 1st. Apparently now reviewing the contract thats not true they lie and tell you that you are buying it but your only leasing it. In the contract it states that once your contract is up they may offer to sell you the vehicle. They run through the contract so fast they dont give you a chance to read it for a reason. Their scamming people out their money. They are low lifes who are trying to make a quick buck and if that means messing everyone out their money they will. On August 3rd my car broke down just having it 2 days after having it. I was given a loaner for 6 weeks but my loaner had no alignment so I busted out 2 tires and bought 2 new tires since I needed a vehicle. Rent2ownhq refused to refund me after I got my car back. And when I got my car back nothing was fixed and they refused to fix it. All my tires were bald i had no power steering pump and I cant steer the wheel. Im a single mother of 3 with 2 jobs just trying to make it. Please look into this dealership they are terrible people scamming people out their money towing their cars for no reason and selling cars in terrible shape!! Im terminating my contract as soon as my payment is due Ive had enough

I give this company zero stars. Very poor customer service. Took all my money, personal property, and vehicle without properly handling the issue at hand. Was told one price to pick up my possessions and then another on arrival which was 10 times more than the original balance. I am a single father with 6 kids. They took all my belongings, my vehicle, and all of mine as well as my kids belongings. School supplies, clothes, shoes things I had recently purchased for my kids for the beginning of school and so on. Very heartless and unprofessional.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY..

They don't even deserve one star these people will take your money. . Smile in your face give you a car. And then for any reason they want they'll take it back. It's sad honestly how heartless they are

This place is a scamming place and they are con artist they do not care about you. They only care about your pockets and taking your money and themselves just recently I lost my vehicle to them and almost lost my tools. I had to pay $300 for them to give me my tools back when the car wasnt even at a Towing place it was at a freakinginspection place they took my vehicle while I was at work, trying to provide for my family and left me stranded when I had to find a ride to get back to that place and find out what was going on with my vehicle they took $500 from me that was supposed to go towards my windshield that they promise to change and fix that all I needed to do was pay the 500 that is exactly what I did. I have my receipts they cannot give me a day or a time to let me know when I needed to get my windshield fixed, it does not take a week to get a windshield fixed. They wanted to leave me without a vehicle and not tell me how long was it gonna take for them to fix my windshield? I also told them could I just pay out of my pocket again right now and get my windshield fixed and then the $500 that Ive already given yall can I go towards my car payment they told me no so another words they kept my $500 on top of that Ive only had five more months to pay my car off. They ****** me over and I am very angry with these people. They continue to harass me and call me a *** because nobody else would help me with their car and that that is why they only helped me they keep harassing me telling me they know where I live, and to make sure my hands match my words as of today, I continue to let society and public know that they need to watch from these people. They get mad, and either turn the comments off or get in my DM and start threatening me. These people are very unprofessionalism and need to get stopped, if there was a place on here where I could post all the stories of other people being scammed by them, and all the comments and messages I have

Please, Please listen to these people. Even ************ is better than these people. I haven't even paid my first payment yet and my car won't start. Its really pathetic how they take advantage of people. It's funny to them too, they will sit there and laugh in your face. They are going to get the wrong one these days and then God will takeover from there. Very Very unprofessional, felt like I could SA's at anytime in that office. Very sketchy and now I have a van that doesn't run, overheats, no a/c, shakes like a mf earthquake. They gonna get Karma believe that. Find me on socials I'm getting a class action together. My lawyers says we got a good one.

I got my vehicle with **** who at the time was awesome but once u make tht deposit payment and leave the lot this it from him!!!! Like if you never went to the lot ever! Got taken my vehicle and tried getting it bk they made it impossible always adding something everytime u tried to make the payment and let's not even go thr with the manage whom never seems to be at work! Please don't go here even if you are desperate cuz trust me it ain't worth it! ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY MONEY MONEY and ******* the one in the office .... She thinks she is God gift to earth she acts like the manager poor lil umpa lumpa is all I gotta say bout tht! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTSKE I DID, civil court cost me more
