            Went on 12/19 to trade in my car and purchase new vehicle. They had me sign form to check my credit. Then the prices started changing. Offered me ***** for my jeep. Pay off was *****. I agreed to pay difference. Found new car sticker price *****. Then I was told I had to pay **** for paint coverage and 200 for window etching. When they brought me the paper the price was now *****. When I asked to look at the numbers they kept moving numbers around. Left saying no deal. Found out within 3 days that they applied for 2 loans in my name for *****. One with RBFCU, and Air ******************* When I called to complain I was informed that was routine to file a loan without me filling out a loan application or agreeing to a deal

            Bad business when I was getting my car had someone really talk crazy to me saying the gave no **** the car salesman illegally got insurance at a lower rated using false information. I then lost my insurance coverage of course cause it was fraud. And was threatened with being charged with fraud I went to the business and spoke to manager and he was no help of course. Cause he was the one that said the sales men would do it for me. Get me a low rate on insurance cause it was already over budget on my monthly expenses. In all I was pressured to a purchase it was my first one they threatened if I went to another location I would have more higher interest rates cause they pull my credit. I have totally regretted getting this car. The manager should be fired . And the Financial manger as well he took me to a room and shouted at me and left me in an office saying he would get no one to help me.
