As a 23 year retired Army Vet and current first responder, I have never been blatantly ignored and treated like this by a business. MBOFSA is the worst dealership I have ever worked with in my 30 plus years of buying vehicles. My ******* service advisor ( ***********************) was unpleasant and was not customer service oriented at all. They damaged my vehicle during a repair March 30, 2024 and I'm still waiting for the Service Manager ( ***********************) to rectify this situation and it's May 14, 2024. One pop up visit , three emails and four calls later nothing has been done. I can now understand why this dealership has had four general managers in a very short period of time. Leadership starts from the front! All I wanted was a call from the manager to apologize for the damage, a new service advisor and to have my vehicle fixed. Once my vehicle is fixed I will never return there. BBB and Corporate will also be informed!Review from keli p

I am the owner of a 2020 Mercedes Benz. My vechile was hit by a driver and has been at the Mercedes Benz shop since 6-20. It has been sitting at the Mercedes at the Mercedes Benz repair center located at **** **** ***** *** *** *******. When I ask for ETA on my car repairs I have been told by. Fred that he has no ETA. Seeeing that I need my vehicle to work and provided food for childern . Due to this Finacial hardship. I contacted Mercedes Benz Financial for a one time deferred payment and was denied. I spoke with Rep. Jerry who was very rude and consdecending regarding my hardship. I spoke with The Laura as well she was rude explain it’s so early in my contract to ask for a deffered payment, as if it matters if a deffered payment was early or at the end of a contract. Supveriser ******* not helpful poor customer service solutions . Rude and nasty! Please check your recorded phone calls because the training on customer service needs to be reinforced. This company has shows it’s true colors. Just disgusted with my overall experience . I will not ever purchase another vechile. This company has been nothing but unhelpful, and committed to being money hungry.
