      They were so nice at loves and I was happy walking out the door with the used truck. It only took the second time driving it to know it had major problems. And we didn't know the corpus branch shut down their maintenance shop. The lady that sold us the truck said we could have it towed to ***** to get it looked at. But that we bought as is. You would think that buying from a dealer they would vet the vehicles better. The truck is currently in the shop for the 4th time. So far it has cost an additional *****. I'm just dont want this happening to others. I read the reviews on the website after we purchased and they are pretty bad. I wish I had done that first. If your reading this i recommend going elsewhere for a vehicle. Because they stopped answering my calls and could care less about helping. They already got their slice of pie.

      Went to get a diagnostic for headlight, taillight, and signal light all on right side and they did diagnostic and gave me a price after. So tell me why they didnt fix my headlight so then I had to take another day off from work so they can fix it. Now this is the third time and they want to charge me extra saying the light was working so they didnt fix it, so why am I here again?

      Do not do business with these crooks. Sold them my truck 2 weeks ago and they still have not paid me over $17,000 that they owe me. Sell your car to Autonation or Carmax if you want your money.

      2018 Pacifica- Started my car on Tuesday and was prompted with a dashboard alert that said start/stop unavailable service stop/start system and my check engine light came on as well. Started driving and my car was shaking. I drove to Love due to their specialty in Chrysler. Once there I restarted my car to which both alerts were gone- no check engine light or start/stop system alert and no shaking. Went inside and told them exactly what happened and showed them a picture of my dash board alerts. Was quoted a $188 diagnostic fee. This was at 930AM on a Tuesday. Was told at 2PM that the problem is the auxiliary battery and it should be ready for pick up by 5PM same day. Was told the check engine light history reported it had a random misfire but that was probably a fluke. Quoted $320 for diagnostic, labor, and aux battery. Done at 5 but now the car is shaking and the check engine light is on exactly how I told them it was that morning. They ran the codes for the check engine light and it says there is a cylinder 2 misfire and in order to figure out what is wrong in cylinder 2 they would need to charge me a SECOND $188 diagnostic fee just to figure it out. I already told them it did exactly that and they told me they checked it all out and it was fine besides my auxiliary battery. Why would I have to pay a second diagnostic?? So they finally finish the 2nd diagnostic Wednesday- needs 1 Ignition coil and 1 spark plug needs to be replaced but recommend all spark plugs to be replaced. I asked if they had the parts ready to install and they said yes. Quoted about $600 for this second issue alone (quoted me $80 for ignition coil and $150 for 6 spark plugs the rest being labor and diagnostic) aside from the initial $320 aux battery issue. I said okay let me think about this and call a few people. Called several other mechanics in town and spoke to friends and family who are more familiar with working on cars and car parts. All mechanics I spoke to reported they wave the diagnostic fee if the work is done there for anything in general and also priced if it was the exact same situation and it sat right about $400. So now Im left with either paying Love $320 + $188 to leave with a new aux battery alone and still need the work done or paying just shy of $900 just for spark plugs, 1 ignition coil and an auxiliary battery which is very clearly way way overpriced. If I leave and get the work done somewhere else and it is ~$400 I would end up spending about the same amount since Love would still charge me for the $188 diagnostic. So Im feeling a little forced into this and like Ive been completely scammed. I am called at 256PM to be told that I have to tell them if I want it done by 3PM (4min notice) in order to get the parts by the next day even though they said they had the parts prior. I was in the middle of picking up my child from school. I call them back at exactly 308PM to tell them to go ahead and do it. Im called Thursday to be notified that since I didnt order the parts by 3PM the prior day that the parts wont be here until Friday. Arranged someone to be able to pick my car up while Im working 8AM-8PM Friday Saturday and Sunday. Im called at 2PM Friday to be told that now they figured out it also needs a new fuel injector but that they wont charge me for that and they will also now get me a rental. I call enterprise for the rental at 3PM and am told that I can go get a car from them right now that has a windshield cracked in 3 directions and if I dont go get that car right now that they cant guarantee there will be any other car available the rest of the day or weekend. Im stuck at work so I cant just leave to get the car either. They said they cant bring me the car and I cant send anyone to get the car that isnt on my car insurance plan (its only me on my car insurance plan). I tell them forget it bc really I have no way of making it work anyway. Monday I am finally notified that my car is ready and they have good news the ignition coil actually wasnt bad and so they only had to replace the spark plugs and fuel injector. Somehow my total is still $870 even though apparently I no longer needed a coil and the fuel injector was free. They actually did charge me for the fuel injector. Im nervous I still have a faulty coil but according to ****** at the front desk they have given me a labor discount from $155 down to $110 and their most experienced mechanic has been working on my car. Im honestly just frustrated and wont ever go there again and will encourage others not to go there either.
