Unprofessional! Agreed on a deal and drove 1.5 hours away with *****************) knowing I was on my way to purchase the vehicle after communicating for hours. ***** verbally said the vehicle was mine and provided the signed sales sheet. I left the house immediately and drove straight to the dealership. Received a text from ***** 5 minutes from the dealership that she sold it to someone else. ***** (manager) said there was nothing he could do and first come first serve. I explained to him that he signed the sales sheet. ***** advised he was fully aware I was on my way, but sold it anyway. Save yourselves from a horrible/unprofessional experience and go elsewhere!

I really do not like to write reviews, therefore it either must be really bad or really good. In this case its beyond belief bad. ****************** I believed was a great company. We have had no issues for years. Customers for a long time. Now that we have had this wreck with some damage to just our vehicle. They are nowhere to be found. ****************** had us take our vehicle to one of the largest dealership shops in *******, **. Our Vehicle was there for about two weeks. The older service guy there was mean to everyone. Very unpleasant to work with. So, at the **** dealership where they did the body work to our vehicle they also replaced the cooling system on our 2015 DODGE JOURNEY. We get our vehicle back from these guys and less then a week later we start hearing a noise. We were asked to bring the vehicle back so that they could access the vehicle. At that point ****************** was notified of the vehicle making a noise. The older man at this **** dealership in ******* ** tells us that he will contact our insurance adjuster to come look at the vehicle. Come to find out this never takes place. At this point we must take our vehicle to the Dodge Dealership in ******* ** same company. So the **** dealership in ******* ** can replace the cooling system but they could not figure out where the noise was coming from. The Dodge dealership in ******* ** has our vehicle for over a week trying to figure out where the noise is coming from and finally, they get it, it has to be the Alternator and the idle tensioner. If you know anything about vehicles, this has nothing to do with the cooling system. We are told this has to be the issue. So, we pay and go pick up the vehicle at the dodge dealership in ******* **. We start it up and we hear the noise. Going back into the service department we are met by a ********************* haired boy. He starts telling us, well its an older vehicle and its going to make noise. This vehicle is five years old and has not had any issues before

BEWARE: BAD Dealership took my jeep wrangler in for repairs i was charged $241.90 for a estimate DO NOT TRUST YOU WILL LOSE
