My car was towed there THREE WEEKS ago on a Tuesday(Had an appointment) no one bothered to look at my car. I heard nothing from them until that Thursday when I called for an update and was told someone would call me right back. A little after two i get a call asking me what is wrong with the vehicle. No One had even looked at it. . 2 days later and nothing. I call back Saturday and they tell me again no one has gotten to it and are gonna get to it later that day. Monday comes, they call and say they alternator needs replace and the battery and that he was going to submit to my warranty. Tuesday afternoon i got a call saying that my warranty is going to send the part overnight. Called Thursday for an update they say they haven't gotten the part. So i call the warranty with the mechanic on 3 way. Turns out the part got there the day before and was Delivered it 11:12 to them front desk and no one communicated that the part was there. **** the services manager assures me that they would fix it asap. Saturday i got a call that a wire was fried and they didn't know until the took the alternator off. Called warranty and they wouldn't cover it. I Told ****** the mechanic ill pay for the wire. I need my car its been 2 weeks at this point. Since it is Saturday and the part has to be ordered from GM. They said its would be Monday at them earliest. I dont bother them on Monday. Today is Tuesday week 3. They tell me the car will be ready today in the evening. Go to pick it up and the price has changed drastically( **** the services manager helped a lot at this point) Ok I'm thinking everything is good finally. I got about 5 minutes away from the dealership and all the electrical cuts off my car goes into battery saving mode( The same issue i took it in for and paid to have fixed) and my steered mg wheel locked up on me and car cuts off literally while driving in the middle of the highway almost causing a wreck. Mind you i have my 5,3,and 1 year old in the car.

***DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FAMILY OF DEALERSHIPS***BAIT AND SWITCH Had a car at Victoria ****** that i was tying for a week to purchase at $33,000 and they kept putting me off and refusing to do a transaction (WHO EVER HEARD OF USED CAR DEALER *NOT* WANTING TO *********!?!) and then suddenly with my obvious interest they transferred the car to THIS dealership who were miraculously GLAD to move forward, BUT the car was suddenly $8,000 more expensive! complicit in underhanded and unethical dealings!!

Car was quoted $23,813. Son and daughter in law go back with trade in and do paperwork and ******* brings to their attention that **** the Financial Manager stated internet pricing wrong. Price is $3000.00 more. Not knowing any better they didn't question it but I found a review from a year ago same situation for another customer. False advertising!! red flag alert!!
