      I went to get my car battery replaced and was there 4 hours. They place my car in a diagnositic machine after me telling them no. So they charge me an astronomical charge. I dont recommend the Ingram dealership. There customer service is very poor.

      I was taken advantage of, May of 2023. I brought my vehicle (2015 Nissan Rouge) for service and was told i had $5,600+ in repairs. I am active duty military moving to ******* at the time, i needed to ship my vehicle. As a single mom, i need a vehicle. That afternoon, i received a call from the dealership asking if i would be interested in trading my vehicle. They mentioned my vehicle being worth 9k, so I came back to the dealership because i would prefer to put the 5.6k to a new vehicle rather than an old one. I was then told that my vehicle (2015 Nissan Rogue) was only worth $1500 because the dealership i bought it from didnt tell me it was in an accident. (My car works fine, i just needed new shocks/tires/and regular maintenance). So now, i am stressing and feel the pressure to get a new vehicle. They said that i needed to pay the maintenance that was already done which was $3k but they could roll that into the payment. I had to leave to get my kids and they told me to take the vehicle and i could come back the next day. The next day i realized it was a dumb decision because now the price of the vehicle per month is $1k, way more than the $275 i was paying for my previous vehicle. I told them i didnt want it and they said they werent taking it back, they could get me another vehicle (2020 **** edge). I had to still pay the 5.6k for my other vehicle to get it out to lower the monthly payment of the **** edge. So now i have two vehicles. I now had a $600 car payment and a $275 car payment. I spent another 4k to pay the balance on my rogue. So i spent $10k that day plus accumulated $900 per month due to insurance and new loan payment. Not to mention being harassed by the guy who kept telling me how beautiful i was and told me he wanted to see me even if he was married, he was very aware of the stress i was under because i had conversations with him during the sale and used that as an advantage. I avoided his advances. Don't buy from here or get service, they scam.

      DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! The car salesman, *****, lied about the car not being in an accident, they didnt even have the car properly inspected before my purchase, they didnt have the car cleaned, and they sold it for more than what they initially told me! I asked numerous times for the carfax and they refused to give it to me until the warranty became effective. The same day I purchased from them I called them and told them about issues that the vehicle had. They had the car the first two weeks of purchase. Once they fixed that issue and I drove off of the lot I became aware of another issue with the strut. They told me to take it back when the warranty becomes effective. Now I became aware of my driver door not locking! This dealership has had the vehicle to inspect and repair it more than I have been able to drive it! This car dealership needs to be held reliable! I told them that I wanted to return the vehicle and they said I wouldnt be able to. To top that off the salesman was very unprofessional by making this statement, Can I have your phone number? I really dont do this but you are pretty. AGAIN, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They are liars and will do anything for a pretty ***********************.

      Do not go to this dealership! They sold me a car that had multiple issues and took over a month to get it fixed to only get it back still messed up. I went to go see about getting another one and they pretty much told me no. I called multiple times over the month and got hung up on multiple times. My cat was also wrecked by employees while in the lot being worked on so that had to be fixed as well. After all this I did not want this vehicle and they just did not care. Quick to make the sale and take my money but slow to get my car running right or getting me into a vehicle that actually works right. Do not go here! That star was only cause I had to leave one otherwise I wouldnt have.

      I am very upset with dealership because I took in my vehicle for noise it started making, turns out engine needs to be replaced and still is under power train warranty. Dealership will not valid warranty even though I have had it maintenance regularly. Now I have to pay out of pocket 17k for an engine that should be covered under powertrain warranty, that's more than the trade in value. This is ridiculous.

      I have been receiving phone calls about vehicles in stock inventory and so forth I arrived to Ingram Park Nissan off 410 on Wednesday I sent him a relative to speak with some of the sales representatives to see what deals they might provide her with as I was waiting in my vehicle she received for an unsatisfactory service was turned away with no deal and very unprofessional manner by the manager and also the online manager I received text messages from the online manager who also displayed the same unprofessionalism as he requested me to remember the names of those who I spoke with which as I reminded him of the poor service which they did not provide the names to begin with

      Make sure not go their did work on my car with **** fully checking things out payed **** for the work car will not run horrible service advisor will never ever go back to this dealer
