    On 10/24/23 my car was towed to Hyundai of Del Rio had an appointment that same day at 4pm to diagnose why the check engine light was on. It has been over 2 weeks and no one can explain what they have done with my car. I was advised it could be an issue with the engine recall. For two weeks they were going back and forth with Hyundai corporate and now they say that the error code on the car is not related to the recall. They will not answer my question as to what, why and with whose permission did they do anything to my car if its not part of the recall. Below are the questions Ive sent to them its been seven days now they will not answers the question or give me a detailed explanation of their findings. If the error code on my vehicle is not related to the engine recall, why was my engine taken apart? How many times was my engine inspected with a camera? How many times was the engine taken apart and put back together? What were your findings? If the issue on the error code P0301 is a misfire on cylinder 1 why hasn't this issue been addressed? Code P0303 is misfire on cylinder 3, why hasn't this issue been addressed? I was NEVER advised of these error codes you have had my vehicle over 2 weeks now. Now you want me to PAY to remove the exhaust manifold, which I am still waiting on an estimate of charges for this. In what way will it help resolve or diagnose the issue with the misfires?? The document stated that I was seeking to find out why check engine light was on. This is correct, but I also told you that I believe the engine was burning oil. Which you have not yet addressed you stated that there was fuel in the oil when we spoke about a week ago. Did you find any oil leaks? If not, why is my engine burning oil? How does this happen if the engine is good according to you and Huyndai corporate?

    Put $10k down for a used lemon truck with 105k miles . Returned 2 weeks later and received no refund on my down payment. Was told to put more money down on a better less mile vehicle. They refuse to give me my refund back . I'm negative $10k in my bank and vehicle was returned wiin 2 weeks . Involuntary repo now. GM at Hyundai was no help at all
