Wish I could give them no stars. Grubbs Nissan are nothing but a shady dealership who manipulates customers into putting people in messy contracts. Im a disabled woman who was sold a car which was clearly in an accident with numerous damages, missing parts, hood and side doors dont close right and possible odometer tampering and when I asked about fixing these problems they refused. They sold me an unsafe car and made me sign paperwork in their favor. We are not going to do anything he said. They wanted that car off the lot so bad, there willing to sell an unsafe car because there to cheap to fix the problems. Calling numerous times to speak to the sales representative but he wont call me back, the financial representative didnt give me all my contact info., then later I go there and now have Brakes, air filter and other problems that was supposed to be fixed before I bought this death trap. Its so unsafe that they wont even fix broken outside door handles as well. Im so unhappy that while discussing these issues again, a manager had the nerve to say I did this damage. I had the car for only 7 months and drove less that ***** miles insinuating that I did this and the bad brakes and the door handles are my responsibility as well. Its a death trap, a lemon, and to not fix the issues is ridiculous. If you dont want to fix it then put me in a safer car. The salesman made me sign paperwork and the financial manager didnt give me all my paperwork. Their business is shady, they over charge customers, and do anything to get cars off the lot.

My son sent me a message and let me know he was going to shop for a new car. He went to Grubbs Nissan to look at a 2024 Sentra that was advertised at about $17,400 and we went over what was a fair value for his trade, which was $6-$7k. The dealership came back and said they would give him $2k for his trade, so it started off greatlol. I live in ** and my son lives in **, so we were able to get them to $6,500 for the trade. Next, they told my son that $3k protection agreement was mandatory, but would give it to him for $1,800 and there was a $1,100 destination and handling fee on the sales agreement paper. That same amount is also listed on the window calculated in the price of the car. Now youre telling my son that he has to buy the protection plan and pay for a destination and handling fee twice. Talk about trying to take advantage of a young man trying to buy a car. We were able to get them to remove the protect plan (because its not mandatory) and basically got them to remove the destination and handling fee after we called them out on it. Needless to say, I told my son to take his business somewhere else. This has to be the worst dealership full of slime ***** Ive ever experienced. Thank goodness my son let me know every step or he couldve been taken advantage of. This dealership needs to be investigated on how they conduct their business and try to make people pay fees that they don't have to.

Nissan sent us a recall notification some months ago about rear camera issue. When we called Grubbs Nissan shortly after receiving the notice, they told us they did not have the part for the recall and to call back later. We called a month later and were told the same thing.A few more months passed, and we called again. This time, a friendly woman answered. She said we needed to first schedule an inspection. She found the recall notice attached to our car's VIN and scheduled the appointment a week from that day of our conversation. She also asked if we wanted to use our free oil change and tire rotation during this appointment. We assumed this free offer was an attempt to make up for some poor service Grubbs provided previously that stopped us from going to there for service in 2022.When I arrived at 7 a.m. today for the scheduled appointment, the receiving tech said he found no recall attached to our vehicle and no information about a free oil change/tire rotation. I needed to get to work so I calmly left the dealership. I would encourage everyone to not buy or have service work done at Grubbs Nissan.I would give them zero stars if that were an option on the BBB site.

We went to look at a car after reaching out beforehand, once we arrived we were told the car had sold. Wasted our time and then tried to sell us other cars for thousands more. We decided to look at them, and then after it was done, they told us about a hidden $3k add on that wasn't optional. never mentioned this to us before that. Lowballed our trade saying it was rough, but it looked like new and had no issues/had been detailed. they tried to tell us it would be $800 a month for a used car after offering us half of what our trade in was worth. This dealership uses scam tactics and intimidation Methods to try and force you to say yes. We have perfect credit, and them saying that was an insult. The sales managers are extremely unprofessional, and one employee was even yelling at a customer on the phone with his door open. The sales/finance manager got mad when we said no to their insulting offer and payment. He slammed the door to his office, completely rude, incompetent and should not be a manager of anything. I will make sure everyone i know stays away from this shady dealership. I felt dirty just being inside the building. This place is why people hate going to dealerships. Shady sales tactics and unprofessional management. They lie about pricing to get you in the door, and then once you say you like the car they tell you about thousands of dollars in hidden fees. These fees aren't listed anywhere online and that should be illegal.

New vehicle purchase. Internet price was reasonable so I called first to make sure that was the price. After we agreed on a total for my trade, I agreed to purchase the vehicle for the price listed on the internet. So the poor salesman has to take my offer to the powers that be, and comes back with $4400 more dollars on sales sheet and that these charges were not part of the sales price?? Their excuse was, well its in the fine print at the bottom of the ad that things like this are not included. Bad faith, underhanded, unethical, just awful. I dont understand how they get away with this. Is it not false advertising? Last dealer that tried this, took those add-on off, but not these guys. They have to stick it to you no matter what. Grubbs is just perpetuating the reputation of car salesman and dealerships, being greedy and unethical. Two thumbs down. Management at this place s**ks.

This use car dealership is a work of art. They promised to ***** the online price before we head over the dealership. Yes, they ***** the price and add a $2900 reconditioned fee on top of that. The truck didnt need to be recondition. Dont go here. They are nothing but liars and scammers. I was committed to buy that truck. Turned out, I was being played.

I brought my vehicle in to have the rear speakers replaced under warranty around noon. I was told they would have someone look at them late in the afternoon and would call with an update. At 6:00pm, we had not received an update and my husband called to get a status as this is currently our only vehicle. He was placed on extended hold twice, and on the third call he expressed his frustration over being left on hold, and the service employee hung up in his face. Ive purchased two vehicles from this dealership, and chose to have both my personal vehicle and Nissan employee lease vehicles serviced here for the last 6 years. My husband spoke to the manager and advised we needed the vehicle back before closing, and retrieved our vehicle front the dealership. Now the vehicle has some smoke coming from the engineIm beyond frustrated!

Our car was towed to this location and after inspection, we were told that it needed $8500 worth of repairs! After doing some research, we decided to let them do most of the repairs since it was a certified Nissan dealership. We were promised daily updates, none of which we received. I had to call to find out what was going on. All I was ever given was excuses for not communicating. So when we picked up the vehicle, we are charged for work we didnt authorize and had to fight to get it corrected. The service advisor, ****, was very rude and condescending! Also, the mileage reflected that it had been driven 500 miles since it was dropped off. When we spoke to the service manager, I felt like we got lip service !We will not be using the service department ever again! I can only hope that the work performed is up to Nissan standards because their customer service is horrible. I dont know how they stay in business! I will be contacting the general manager and forwarding my concerns to Nissans main office. People should not be treated like this.

Purchased car on 12th. Had the car 5 days. Pulled my car in the garage and took a flight to ***** on the 17th. Came back on 22nd. By the 24th 2 days later my check engine light came on and I was stuck on the side of the rode. I HAD THE *** 7 DAYS. Was able to make it a mile to Auto Zone to put on the computer and it is a transmission problem. Reached out to the Car lot. Was put on hold for over a hour . ********* was rude and didnt wanna hear my concerns. He told me because I didnt say anything within a week I couldnt get help. I repeated I had the car 5 days then went on a flight. Within the 2 days of being back and with the issue being present I contacted ******** immediately. He transferred me to ******. ****** was rude and also told me he couldnt help me. Told me I couldnt get my car looked at for 2 weeks. I call every day to speak to the ** to fix my issue and am told every day he is in a meeting. I didnt get no response until May 31 and again I initiated the call. It has been a nightmare with this car lot !!!! Put my hard earned money into this car for me to be without my car for 14 days now and counting. They called today June 7th and told me it would be an additional 2 weeks due to needing a new transmission. Will not work with me . Sold me a lemon

This dealership's ****************** is pourly managed by *******************. The entire customer service experience was appalling. I took my vehicle in for a repair, and after having it 2 weeks and $1000 later, it was repaired incorrectly (and I notified them the same day)!! When I tried to get it resolved, I was hung up on, transferred to other departments, or left on hold. When I asked to speak with **** or *****, he would pretend to be looking up their numbers and then disconnect the call. I even tried to contact other departments, but nobody returned my call. When I finally was able to bring it back in (a week later), I was charged $2000 more, and they kept it another 2 weeks! Not only that, but I had to pay to replace parts a second time, because they didn't fix it right the first time. To better explain, they replaced them when they repaired it incorrectly, and due to their error, I had to replace them again, when they repaired it the second time, because the new parts burned up due to their faulty initial repair attempt. I was charged for labor and parts both times, and ******************* would not compensate for the poor job his staff did. There were no apologies from management, no followup, nothing. I was charged over $1200 more than I should have been, because they didn't know how to fix it the first time! So, I paid for their trial-and-error.After this disgusting customer service experience, I will no longer buy Nissan vehicles. Corporate should consider investigating the service-side of this dealership, because it disgraces your brand and values. To all potential customers, I strongly recommend finding another dealership!
