Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Im reaching out regarding the review you wrote on 8/14/24. After reviewing our records, I do not see a recent sale associated with your name at our dealership. The last transaction we have on file for you was in November 2023, which was a financed purchase. Since your review mentions a cash deal, it seems this may not be the transaction youre referring to.
Additionally, we have not accessed your credit since your purchase in November 2023. I noticed that the vehicle you bought from us in November was sold by another dealership in July 2024. Could this be the dealership you're referencing in your review?
If theres another name or detail associated with the transaction in question, please don't hesitate to give me a call so we can discuss it directly and resolve any concerns.
