Their service department is abysmal at best, I wish I could have given zero stars but I had to leave at least one(BBB should fix that too), I had my truck dropped off, 2015 ram 2500 diesel, for a minor transmission leak at the grommet that seals the transmission dipstick tube and another trans leak on the opposite side, fair enough leaks happen. Was told the day before that they could have it done in an afternoon and I had agreed to take it in the next morning. Next morning comes and they give me some run around telling me there needs to be some kind of diagnostic testing and BS, and a week for said diagnostic testing, after some back and forth I finally gave in, the following Thursday came around and I figured I'd call to check in and left a voicemail requesting information, which was never returned, Friday came along and I had left several more voicemails requesting information. Saturday comes around and I finally get some information, however they had one part in stock and had to request the other from another dealer in the area, "maybe we can have you fixed by Monday, otherwise it'll be another week" Monday comes around, Tuesday and Wednesday, here it is Thursday and I had to call to get information regarding my vehicle and it had been finished on Monday!! Where the h*** is the followup phone call? No courtesy? I work off hours Tuesday thru Saturday so I am unable to get it till this next Monday when it was apparently available for pick up this last Monday when I was off anyway!! Do not do business with *****************************Review from CAMACHO A

I wish I could give this place 0 stars but you have to choose something. DO NOT purchase used vehicles from this place. They DO NOT do a 161 point inspection on the vehicles. You could be purchasing a lemon. I haven't even made the 1st payment on this *********** am already shelling out money for repair. I was told, we do not have an ETA for when the part will be available so basically I would be without a vehicle for a long period of time. I even offered to purchase the part & allow them to install it. **** my service tech told me they have a different part they could put on my vehicle. I declined ************************** still have pay to pickup my vehicle. I got ripped off. Now I have to take my vehicle to professionals who actually know what they are doing. This is some BULLS**T!Review from Kevin C

Took my 2011 370Z to have the steering lock replaced on June 19 2023. Was supposed to be a 6 hr shop fix and about $1400. Service advisor did a diagnostic and advised me I also needed a battery. I told him to go ahead and add that. A day later he calls me that the fuse box was blown. Skeptically I tell him to replace that as well. A few days after that he tells me that electricals to the transmission were fried and that they couldn't program the key and that a new transmission is $11,000. I told him that their mechanic obviously put the part in wrong or had the battery connected wrong to cause all the electrical issues and the transmission was serviced a year prior and that the liability is on the dealership. Contacted the Attorney General and it's been over a year and still no response.Review from Abel T

The service department is a scam. I had a 1st brake job done in 2022 on my 2017 **** fusion it had ****** miles. ** July of 2024 my car has ****** miles. *** don davis auto group my brakes are bad again. Not sure how I can go ****** miles to my 1st brake job and now we drive it ****** miles and we need another break job. We took it in for a front brake job about 2 weeks ago because it was shaking so we were told it needed front brakes and rotors. After they did the front brake job we were told it was fixed. When we drove it we noticed it was still shaking. Which means it was never fixed. Now we took it back in and were told the back rotors and brakes need replacing. That means they never checked it the 1st time we took it in for the brake job. Now they wanna charge us $600.00. I have had so much trouble with **** and I am done with them. Just wanna let everyone know not to take your cars in there for repairs.Review from Raffeals P

I took my Jeep Renegade in for an oil change and other repairs. About 3 weeks later, the Jeep was leaking oil. I then decided to take it to another Jeep Dealership in Grapevine. They found that the oil pan had a leak and was covered up by putty! Since Don ********************** was the only dealership I used in the past, I knew that they were the ones to do the patchwork. Lazy! Why not replace the oil pan. This isn't the only time I have encountered issues with Don **********************.Review from Jacqueline A

I am writing with deep concerns about Don Davis Nissan in ********* *****. I originally taken my vehicle to the dealership on June 6, 2023 due to a warning light saying ************************ Reduced. I received a call from the service agent saying they drove the vehicle and the warning did not come on and was checked and found no issues. I went and picked the vehicle up. On September 13, 2023 this malfunction came on again and September 24, 2023 it came on again so on Monday September 25, 2023 I took it to the dealership.********************* from Don Davis Nissan sent a message through the ***** care portal, once I clicked the link message was to replace front distance sensor and bracket and then under the observations found impact damage to front grill and emblem not covered by warranty. I called to advise him no damages were done to the vehicle with the exception of a cracked windshield, so he send me pictures of scratches on the Nissan saying this was causing the sensor malfunction and I would have to pay since not covered under warranty. I then asked him to send me pictures of the June 6, 2023 photo when I brought in the first time, he showed pictures and there was no scratch which was clearly a lie to say that was causing the malfunction when there was no scratch from the original complaint. I am very dissatisfied to say the least with this dealership refusing to resolve this matter and this should be still under a manufacturers warranty. I am asking for you all to make this right cause I have not had the vehicle a year. If you ****** this lots of your customers are having this issue with the 2023 Nissan Rouge.Review from Inmon W

My son dropped his car of on 8/14/2023 for an oil change and diagnostics. When we picked it up on 8/22/23 we noticed that the drivers side window had chips on the very top. It looked like someone dropped something on it from the inside. I advised the Service Manager of this issue and he tried to convince me that the damage was old. I asked do they have a policy of taking pictures of vehicle once received to prevent any issues such as this and he stated no. I advised that my son just purchased this vehicle on 7/28/23 and we inspected and cleaned the vehicle inside and out. The damage was not the before we dropped it off in the care of your shop. To add to the situation the truck was dirty and still had writing on the windshield that the service tech wrote on it. Looked like an impounded vehicle when we got it back. The service manager refused to accept responsibility and offered no remedy for this situation. I would caution people to be careful when choosing to use Don ********************** Dodge in Arlington of *******. They do not conduct quality work, not customer friendly and do not care if there customers have issues. They know that there at not many Dodge dealerships in the area and believe that people have to use them and they take advantage of that.Review from Ryan B
