DO NOT BUY FROM ALL AMERICAN CHEVROLET IN ODESSA, TX! I GIVE THEM NO STARS BECAUSE THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN! I bought a used 2021 ***** Spark. The sticker price was $17987. I paid $5000 down which left $12987. I expected ******************** fees & such & had no problem with that. The man kept pushing a Service ************ kept saying "NO", finally getting aggravated & telling him "HELL NO! I DON"T WANT IT!" He said "OK. Yes mam. I got you." I expected the ************ to be around $1500 & had no problem with that. I wanted to take my car home that day but they said they had to wash *********** it & other things & would deliver it the next day. 2 days later after calling & raising ****, I got my car delivered along with the paperwork. The paperwork said I owed $20046.96 on the car. I checked & they had added $3251 for the SERVICE CONTRACT which I had vehemently refused along with the expected ************. I called & raised *********** agreed to remove the $3251 at once, I signed an agreement that they would do so. I went to the *********** had not notified them of the refund. I just now called the loan **** at the *********** have not sent the refund yet & I sincerely doubt that they will. This company has predatory business practices & should be shut down! I LEFT A 1 STAR RATING BECAUSE YOU WOULDNT LET ME REVIEW WITHOUT IT. THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS!

I bought a 2021 ***** Suburban, since i've had it the air bag sensor keeps coming on, so I took it to All American Chevrolet of Odessa to be plugged into there computer to see what was causing it to come on and they took me that no code comes up on computer as to what is wrong I would have to leave it and have a technician look at it and double shot to see what the problem was it would be at 2 weeks before the could even look at it and they didn't even know how long they would have it. Know *** 2021 ***** Suburban is in the shop because the lifter went out and is knocking I was took I needed storage leave its and it would be 2 week before they could even look at it and 4 weeks before I would even get it back... And the service manger told me not to be surprised if the other lifter don't go out after I get it back. I asked its they could just go ahead and fix both sides and I was told we can only fix the side that is bad.. ***** is having a problem with there 21 Suburbans doing that but not willing to admit they have a problem and fix it right.. All I was asking for from the dealership was a loaner car because I have no transportation and I'm relying on friend to pick me up and take to to my job )which by the way is pet sitting) so I'm bumming around all day and without my car I have no way of dong that I did call the 800 number twice for ***** and filed a complaint since I left it at the dealership on Aug. 22, 2023 and they keep telling me that someone will call in 1-2 days and try to resolve this. I'm still waiting. I'm afraid i'm stuck with a lemon...
