The owner looked at my 2018 F-150, looked at the bid from Service King body shop, told me he could start on it the following day & would would be done 4 to 6 weeks depending on parts being available. 2 weeks go by, I'm in a rental w/ 2 weeks cap per insurance, he has torn the trk dwn while insurance was trying to get a hold of him to send the check to him, 3rd week I had to go the shop, take pictures of his tax information & send it to insurance. ***************** sent him all checks & paid in full. I would stop by every week to check process, & it was still torn dwn with no work done, he said waiting on parts, 3 months pass some body parts have been painted & placed on, 2 months go by he has locked & chained main gate, will not accept my calls or text messages. The last month he kept saying waiting on parts, he said he lost all his employees, he was going for medical treatments, attending funerals, & so forth. I've been calling 5 times a day for the last ********** says it will be this Friday, 4 Friday's pass & finally texts me its ready, but he's not there, no one is there left the trk out front with the keys in it. I get there no one is there. The new parts that were painted had nicks, scracthes, miss aligned, primer over spray in the cab, still missing parts, windshield totally smashed & the instrument cluster not working, battery hold dwn missing. The trk is in worst condition now than it was when I dropped it off 6 months ago & now he will not return my calls. I did not accept the ******** still has it. This place is a scam & must practice insurance fraud on a regular. I'm paying on a trk that I can not drive home after he has repaired it. Paint has runs in it, bad orange peel, busted windshield just shotty work all the way around the list goes on & on.

Wont finish the job terrible paint work. Its not done is a sealed off environment so stuff blows in the paint. Dont leave if youre not satisfied because they wont jump through any hoops to fix the work after you drive off.
