They came out, diagnosed and repaired my washing machine. The repair was efficient, professional, and courteous. All together an excellent experience.

Stay away! Frigidaire warranty set me up with ******* Appliance. I knew I had a very short window to meet them so I told the lady that answered the phone to let me know when they're on their way so I can make sure I'll be there. She did not. I run an Airbnb so there were guests at a certain time so I would not be able to meet after they checked in. They never called. And the next day I called to set another appointment. I guess I was forwarded to the owner. And he was angry at ME. ******** was wasting his time and his company won't be returning. Which is fine. I can get someone else. But the thing that gets me is he wasn't even aware of the conversation I had with the lady and when I told him he just started stuttering trying to still be angry, when it was clear they were in the wrong. He kept saying "I'm not arguing with you" and the thing I wasn't arguing, just telling him the facts. Man. Just poor dismal leadership and customer service. That was such a strange and surprising situation. It felt very personal, which was so off putting and uncomfortable. As if I didn't meet them on purpose. I'm the one who needs the service lol. They won't last much longer if this is the owner. Not recommended. Stay away.

Outstanding, excellent repairman: Raphael brought along with him the most commonly-used repair parts for our LG refrigerator and all tools needed to quickly make the major repair (unlike previous repair people). He explained the problem, the needed repairs, and concisely addressed all our questions and concerns. Would give him more stars if possible. Highly recommend, very fast and efficient. Understand he repairs other appliances as well.
