They are infested with roaches inside and outside (I had to remind them of my first email), mice chirp so loud all night, flying insects and snails. I can't ever go on the patio without stepping on them. I keep a clean apartment and I've only been here 2.5 months. I have to buy bug killers and already have a fly trap.Ever since I've moved in, my hot water is so inconsistent. I can't get a hot shower anytime I need to leave for the day. They just say they're working on it very sporadically. The water is on a main boiler and there are no water heaters in the units. Their best accomodation is to use the nearest 24 hr fitness gym showers. Also the general up keep is bad. Plants are mostly dying off and there's huge mud flows and large rocks on the sidewalks everywhere that never get cleaned up. It's a trip hazard for walking.When it rains I'm always nervous my patio will flood because the rain flows right down the curb and washed all the grass away. Just a huge squishy mud pit everywhere. They need to rehab the grass and redo edging so the dirt stays off the sidewalks.When walking my dog I've also noticed a lack of railings where there should be. They're literally cut off and not replaced. The existing ones are chipping paint.It's an affordable apartment community over run by large dogs as there's no breed restrictions. Some owners feel entitled to let them snarl at my little dog. He's obviously a slow moving 16 yr old that's going blind and can't hear. Well sorry but this place isn't Westlake.If I had pictures of the roaches I'd show them but they run off too fast.This apartment is probably fine if you don't really care where you live.

They refuse to do their job. I was waking up not feeling well. So i called and ask if they could look for mold. They said they would but by then i had already got my own inspection done through another party. After getting my results it was confirmed that mold was in my air vents and not just a little but alot. I called to folllow up with them to see if they had gotten their results and they kept saying they didnt get anything. From there i was sure they werent going to do anything. I was so upset because before hanging up the phone i heard them saying i was making it up and i just couldnt afford the rent. So then i took action by taking the report up to them. They immediately went in defense mode and did not offer solution. They were extremely rude and condensening about the whole thing.
