I would not recommend applying to this location if you value communication and honesty. Initially, I was deny based on my lack of rental history. Which I understood based on my job title I do not need a stationary place im constantly traveling 80-90% of the time. The assistant manager ****** ********, reached out to me after the fact claiming as a result of corporate policy changes I would now be approve. Additionally, I asked him to clarify per email request what he needed from me. Simply he reply all we need from you is to choose an apartment, make your deposit ($250.00 which a link was provided) and were waving the applications fee. I was urge to make the deposit as soon as possible. Which I completely.After the fact I did not hear from the complex or the manager for days. I finally decided to give the apartments a call with no success. Later that day someone reach out me via text claiming to be management and follow up with a call. One of the staff member reach out of me claiming that my application was ran again. As a result I would need pay a whole months worth of rent as a deposit to be approve and the apartment selected would not be available ***** further date due to on going repairs. I requested to speak with the assistant manager who never reach out to me. I attempted to call the property with no success and left several voicemail. I emailed and texted the property. ***** current date (09/18/24) no communication from the property has transpired. The process starter (09/06/2024 almost two week ago. My request to speak with management, refund deposit and provide corporate number were all ignored. I feel mislead and lie too. As a result I would encourage anyone whos thinking about moving to this place to rethink your decision. Profesionalismo is not their priority lack of or no communication.
