            I am writing to file a complaint against The Lodge-San Marcos, regarding false claims made against me pertaining to final move-out charges. Despite my efforts to resolve this matter amicably, the complex has continued to provide improper evidence, demonstrate a lack of accountability, and engage in untruthful practices.Details of the issue:- False claims of damages and charges totaling over $600 - Improper evidence provided, false claims including removal of carpet because of this -Images of bedroom that was not mine -Paint streaks in living room due to past resident - Ignored requests for walk-through and disregarded my evidence (photos and videos)- Lack of accountability and transparency throughout the process I am seeking assistance from the BBB to:1. Dispute the false claims and charges 2. Ensure I am not held liable for the disputed amount 3. Explore possible legal action against the complex Please advise on the next steps and required documentation to proceed with my complaint. I appreciate your help in resolving this matter and holding them accountable for their actions.

            I lived in **********, ***** at the lodge apartments me and my fianc and when we moved, we have all kind of problems with apartment, and management maybe 10 different front managers and also consistently change of the rent price every month. It was always something different or they would give you a credit when they did not know what they did with your money And last at least when we was leaving, they stuck me with a $467 cleaning fee for two people on the lease and they only charged one person for a $467 fee for a carpet that was already dirty that I have complained about for when I first moved in and the whole apartment was completely dirty. I had to clean it when I moved there everything the couch the walls, the doors, the restroom everything bad management dont ever move there , they **** and I hate them now I have a strike on my credit history that I have to pay for to have removed. So if you guys over this or are reading this or anybody even looking to move over there dont waste your time. Thanks yours truly vc they better be glad because I would give them zero stars
