            Multiple times Sync at Purgatory Creek has put me in unsafe living conditions while I live here. During December, my apartment heater did not work. I called them right away because my apartment was under 60 degrees and got as low as 51 degrees. When I told them about they just said theyll try to get someone on it. They didnt come for over two days, and when they did come they didnt even fix it and said it would have to wait until the next week. I had to live in this complex for a week with no heat. And they told me theyd recommend buying space heaters but they could not buy them for me. Now my garbage disposal wont work and clogs up and almost overfills everytime we use the dishwasher. I put in a request over 4 days ago and they said theyd try to get it done on Tuesday. Now on Thursday, theyre saying it wont be until next week. I pay almost **** a month for this apartment and I get treated like c*** by them every time I have an issue. I would like to get my stuff fixed and repaired like I pay for by living in an apartment.
