            I recently purchased a new car on May 25th 2024. Since then I have been given two new Bluetooth stickers for this car that don't work. I work nights and sometimes I come home for lunch. I cannot get in the gate as well as when I get off of work I have to sit in front of the office and wait for someone to let me in. This is unacceptable! I should be able to come home anytime I please. I keep calling and nothing has happened yet I do not like sitting in front of the office like I don't belong here and waiting for someone to let me in. There has to be something that can be done for me. This is ridiculous and I've never had an issue like this with other complexes with gates. I just want a working Bluetooth sticker. This also means when I'm off I can't go anywhere in the evening unless I'm prepared to sit in front of the office and wait.

            This apartment might look good from the outside. From the inside its a whole different story. Terrible management for every single thing. Management does not care about their employees at all. Ive spoken to some of the maintenance workers while I got work done at my apartment and they have all confirmed unfair treatment. The apartments are really outdated and they use literally the cheapest materials. Stay away from Northland At the arboretum on **********. Un-necessary fees get added, what feels like every other month for amenities no one uses for the money to be pocketed by them. Prices are going up but no changes or improvements are being made. People are moving out by the dozens and I hope everyone realizes that there is a lot of better options for a cheaper price point. They definitely need to be investigated. Stay clear.
