DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPLEX. Wellington Estates is in a similar location and price range. The office staff are predatory and the entire complex is falling apart. One of our electrical outlets smokes and makes the wall hot. We submitted a maintenance report with "FIRE HAZZARD" in the subject line and they never even sent anyone to check. People could have died because they do not actually maintain any of the buildings. The entire place is falling apart. The staff almost seemed surprised that we expected a standard of living. They do not care that our plumbing doesn't work, they don't care about the mold, they don't care about the water that is never hot and sometimes isn't even on. They always make sure you pay on time of course.

Tell them yall what I think. I think these apartments are trash the office is trash the maintenance is trash. We have 2 floods (not due to me) one was the next door shower flooded we had water coming through your floor for days they broke our shower tile to get through it. They put a plastic bag over the hole and said Monday they are gonna come fix the tile. Guess what Monday never came. On top of that there is a live wire running through the shower k**** that goes to the thermostat how do I know that the maintenance told me. 2nd flood people which were Romanians just like the other complaints on here they dont shut the f*** up. 2 3 am the kids running up and down the stairs getting drunk at 9 10 years old . But anyways the upstairs tried to fix the problem which made it worse. We had a whole rain fall in our apartment. We have pics videos of both floods. They said we can move you apartment but you need to put a deposit h*** naw especially if it wasnt my fault. Our daughter has asthma now we showed the office the dr paper work and now I have bronchitis and upper respiratory infection. I went the same day I got out the hospital to show them Im not bullshitting and they dont care. I got a check sent to the apartment to pay my rent and now they dont know where the money at. Im going to start legal action and get a lawsuit going. Its been 3 months since this s*** happen and nothing getting done

The most awful and inhumane living experience Ive had. Every week for the past six months since I arrived, theres has been no hot water or running water at all. No communication from the staff as to what is going on half the time. They keep saying the fixed the problem but it keeps happening. We go through many nights without hot water and sometimes none at all. Our toilets get backed up because we cannot flush. We cannot cool with any running water. Such a miserable place to live. Feels like youre in prison or something. Whoever owns the establishment does not seem to have good morals or ethics. What a disgusting place to call home. I wish I could give it negative stars. Highly advise to never consider this place.

As a current resident I have truly seen a dramatic change for the worse. Ive been here going on two years and regret renewing my contract here. The grounds stay horrible dog f**** on the sidewalk trash wont get picked by valet that you have to pay monthly for. As a tenured resident my complaints go ignored so if I complain and get ignored you have the first 30 days before you are. July 26 people moved above me which was fine Ive stayed on the first floor several times. Ive complained about the constant bumping knocking heavy walking 2 and 3 am disturbance mind you I work 2 jobs and on one I work from home so Im home all day. When I first brought the complaint to the office attention it was in July because they were beating on walls at 3 in the morning then blasting music 7:45 am constantly bumping knocking all hours of the day and night. You know what I was told what do you expect when you live in an apartment. Which basically means who cares because its not them. Ive complained in person as well as sent several emails out in regards to this matter but was told by the property manager ******* I think you just dont want anyone above you. I was lead to believe that Labor Day weekend they were scheduled to move out here its 47 days later and they are still here constant noise no regards for their neighbors and the office staff doesnt care because its not them. Read the reviews they are very true. Youre paying for the visual but the reality of this place is a complete joke. Neighbors with dogs barking outside all not all early morning hours. Any issues that you have will go completely ignored. If youre going to spend the make sure its at a place thats actually concerned about their residents not if the rental payment was made or not, thats the only time they really communicate with you and seem concerned the first 4 days of the month after that every resident for themselves. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!! Move where the staff actually care about the residents and their concerns.
