      If you care about your health please do not move into these apartments. We had a leak in the bathroom was never-ending, causing mold to grow on the walls, and would leak into the carpets. The maintenance workers had to pull sections up and bring in a dehumidifier to dry the carpets while they attempted to fix the leak, but they even said the carpets would need a full replacemenout. We asked to have the mold remediated but instead found the maintenance workers using a mold stain remover to mask the problem instead of actually fixing the issue. I have had 2 back to back asthma attacks in the same month since the mold had started to grow in the restroom after a year of no health issues before, and yet the mold was never remediated. After they claimed to have fixed the leak, it started again and we had to make more work orders and more calls to the office. It was still leaking the day before our move-out date. Now they are asking for 168 dollars to replace the carpets. They are claiming they need to replace due to pet damage but we had the carpets cleaned and they were never in the bedroom where the carpets were damaged by the leak. To have had my health put at risk just from living in one of these units is outrageous. I did my part in communicating with *************************** about the issues in our unit, and now being charged more for living in this unit is unacceptable. Please dont live here, they will make you sick and charge you for damages they themselves caused

      I have been trying to pay my rent since May 29. We received an email of our new (WIPS) account so I go and try to get this done before it's due. I go to the 1st store and they say there's an ERROR on my account of perfect I call the office speak to ********* who says she would call me back and no response. I go to another store same issue call back no response i tried 5 stores which i have all receipts for that say ERROR on account. I have been trying to pay since before the 1st I finally on the 4th I get in contact with the Assistant Manager who says, I'm going to contact the Manager ******** to see if you can bring in a money order and get the late fee removed ok perfect. Did I get a call back NO. I try the store again and there's still and ERROR on my account. I email and finally get a response on the 6th I can on pay ok perfect who to I make it out too? Lol I'm still waiting to find out. I've emailed and texted and nothing I'm trying to pay rent! Don't you want my money? This is by far the WORST customer service I have EVER received not to mention I had NO hot water for a week and no one bothered to call me or follow up with me. I literally had to call Internacional Realty's corporate office and leave a message for me to get a response. Did the Regional Manager due her diligence in corresponding no! I've lived and loved my home for over 10years until now. It's saddens me to have such a careless management company tend to the place I call home.

      I sent the following email a few months ago... And never got a response....Overall, we have essentially been here from the beginning with the ******. And understand the complexity of the transition in taking over the management of this property. But overall the following are disappointing, unprofessional, and quite frankly a risk to current and future residents long term. And without correction might need to be circulated to the Better Business Bureau and/or future residents made aware prior to signing a lease. I can't attach the full list of grievances. But will look to attach in follow on comment.

      This company took over management of my new apartment complex halfway through my lease. Immediately the complex was run into the ground. ***** is the complex manager and ************************* is the regional manager, both of which have been unprofessional and rude. I had so many issue here from trouble with internet connectivity which they never did resolve despite the building being on a shared network and being forced to use their ISP, to cockroaches and spiders due to overflowing trash rooms, the interior hallways were full of trash and never vacuumed. The sidewalks outside had a lot of litter. I was shocked at how quickly a new and once nice complex (***** in ******, **) went to complete disarray. Always broken garage gates, very very poor management (young girls in charge that dont have much business sense or intelligence) and then corporate management doesnt seem much better. Overall just a completely poorly run, incompetence abounds. They also keep removing my ****** review and flooded the complex with fake five star reviews as a promo all on the same day. I really am totally astounded at the complete lack of professionalism with Internacional Realty as a whole. If you discover this is the management company before you lease.RUN! I could not be HAPPIER than to be out of that place!

      Terrible company. Shady, non responsive. Does not care about tenants happiness or safety. All positive reviews on ****** are from employees. Almost impossible to speak with Senior Level executives - have been trying to schedule a phone call with the ** for weeks, who strangely will not leave back callback info and only dials out on a private line.

      I've stayed at Cambridge Place Apartments for 7 years. I've never had a problem with management and **** had always been one of the best parts of Cambridge Place. I paid a deposit and a prorated water and rental ****. I received my deposit back and a **** for ****** water ****. Your water and rent you pay in one check. I got the **** for both and paid them both. I wouldn't have gotten my deposit if I owed something. I dispute this charge.

      Since this management company has taken over the ********** apartments in Stone Oak, they have managed to run this property in the ground which is now not safe to live, poor maintenance, poor and unskilled staff, high crime, lie about amenties and the list goes on.
