    Valencia apartments has been charging us additional fees for the past 3 months. They charged us $10.50 for three months for a parking spot that we did not have. To this day they have not reimbursed us. Also, they started charging every resident a $15 renters insurance fee even if you have renters insurance from another company. We have given the office proper documentation of our renters insurance. I was told I will still be charged the $15 every month until the paper work is uploaded to the new billing company. I was told this had been done but was still charged the renters insurance fee. Another issue is the rats. We have contacted management numerous times concerning this issue. The rats chewed our dryer hose and it needed to be replaced. I was sitting on the back porch when a 5-6 inch rat fell from the upper porch. Also, we have a mice infestation. We had a infestation of baby roaches. The office says you can be put on a list but pest control never shows. We also have mold in our apartment do to rotted wood. Also, they increased our rent by $230 a month. They advertise amenities but we have none. One of the swimming pools is dark green and the other one doesn't even have any water. The splash pool hasn't been open for a year.

    This apartment complex needs to be reported to HUD (** **** of housing and community affairs)and every agency possible for numerous violations and shut down. I see a client there. Child has a disability and requires services, I could not even park due to scan to park issues. Mom called up management and they were rude to her, she then handed the phone to me to talk to them and they told me "there were very busy and didn't have time for this". I had to leave and the child got no services. I believe family experiencing some discrimination due to where they are from. The oven has not worked in months and mom cannot cook for her family and she has a baby and small toddler. Window is broken and is a safety hazard and they will not repair it and carbon monoxide alarm not working. Many violations. Time to report them to multiple agencies.
