The only positive about this service was the guys who came on the first day to install some screens.I was not happy with their overall service. I had a raccoon? tear up a part of my roof. I called Critter One to help. They put a trap in the yard for two weeks bating it only TWICE. Of course they didnt catch anything. Also, they sealed the roof with a piece of metal and tar on it. I was charged $ 650 for this patch. It states on the invoice this patch was supposed to be done with shingles, etc. I disputed this twice by email and verbally with everyone I was contacted by from the company. I felt I should have received a partial refund , no one bothered to contact me. Also, they cut a soffit open to hang a trap from the roof to catch the raccoon? Never caught a thing. They set up an appointment to come to the house on August 7 to remove the trap and close the space. Someone came from the company at almost 1:00 PM even though the appointment was for 3:30 to 5:30 that day. They had to climb the fence to get in because the gates were locked. They screwed an air vent like you use for garages or house foundations over the soffit space, this have left enough space for wasps to get into the attic space. Also, the guarantee they offer on their website is only if you buy their full exclusion package for another $3000 , something they call a rat wall. They would only warrant the actual work they performed which is mostly inferior. I would not hire them to do anything on or around my house again.
