My name is ****** and I have flown with American Airlines for many years.I am sorry to say that an experience I had on your airline April 22, 2024, from *********, ** has change how I view you as no longer an outstanding company.First of all, I paid $40. dollars to check a bag. Many of the people who got on flight AA2316 did not pay $40 dollars to check a bag. They just took their bag to the boarding area and put a red ID on them. I assume this have something to do with loyalty points. Shame On You!I am a retired teachers and have work with many disadvantage children. I did not put them in the back of the room because they lacked money. Or did not give them lunch! Some people can only afford to fly with your airline only when they have a little money, yet they are sometime put in Group 8! O not given a snack because they .... (Don't Have No Loyalty Point!) Look at the race of people who are put in your Group 8, with no loyalty points, and are grouped at the end of the line boarding line. I was one of those people today. You need to do better!I was not served a snack today, nor was I asked if I wanted a snack, when every one around me got a snack.Shame On You!!!I am enclosing in this email of a few example of a bad day for me on your American Airline flight. (AA2316) I hope at some point you do improve your customer service experience for all groups of people!!!***********************
