      I'm a new homeowner whose Air conditioning unit falls under warranty with Breeze. It was recently serviced by them on September 14, 2021. All that needed to get repaired was the heat coils. The first technician that came was here for 5 hrs. Didn't even fix the issue. He did something because I heard him working and he kept coming in and out of my attic. They then scheduled me for another appointment on the 21st to continue fixing my heating issue. On the 15th my AC was not working, my house was 80, 82 degrees. We suffered for a whole week. We heard a rattling noise coming from the units in our attic. The 2nd technician came on the 21st to fix whatever the other guy messed up and still didn't fix the initial issue. Then I never heard from them again. A week and a half later I get my electrical **** for $800!!!!!!!! I called 10/13 and all of a sudden the piece they needed is in. They dont wan to own up to their mistake that created a high ****. The unit is under their warranty!

      This company had a technician- ***** who came out to my home to fix a leak issue from the ** unit (portion of the unit that is in the attic). He came out on 5/31/2023, he stated that he knew what the problem was. The machine was supposedly not level and titled the way it is supposed to be...."blame it on the installer." Ok, they charged for a service call-I will take what you sd, and thought I would see if this tech - from what is supposed to be a reputable company fix the problem. This ***************** returned on 6/2/2023 & another person from the company returned, who was here to help *************** up the unit, tilt it a little bit in the opposite direction, level it out....he inserted a piece of pvc piping and stated that the water will stop dripping within a day or so....it was dripping from the unit when he left. His reasoning or statement was that there is still some water inside the insulation, but that it would dry up becuz it is so hot up there and within that entire unit...Ok - i asked how long this was good for...he stated that their work was good for 90days....I asked if I called within 30 or event 2 weeks for that matter, will I see water in the overflow pan and in the other plastic under the overflow pan, him and the other guy's answer was no & if I did - they would for sure come back out here and fix the issue. I informed them that I was going to go back into the attic and take a look at it within 1 week. I went into the attic today 6/10 only becuz alarm bells began to go off,,,,,the leaking began worse than before 5/31, into my master bedroom closet....worse than before he initially set foot into my attic. Now the owner is trying to push blame onto the original installer in an attempt to get more money out of the installer who paid for the service call and the repair on 6/2...these people are sharks. The owner has not seen anything, but now stating on the phone that...there could be a cracked pipe, the line(which is clear) could be blocked, etc. etc.

      At Breeze we always strive to improve our level of service. We did come out to a service call and found the unit leaking water. Our tech did see it was out of level but he did not see that the coil on the inside of the unit which should have been installed properly was not aligned correctly. The installing contractors from another company must have missed this as the coil was not even in the drain pan. We came back out and checked to see why the unit was still dripping water and found that the coil was not installed properly. The technician who came out verified this and we had to setup for an additional technician to come out and give a hand to help with the project. When the technician came down the stair case the stair case came loose. You called and was yelling at me and my technician. You also called me and asked why I would have such a HEAVY and LARGE technician working for me and going into people attics. At that moment I did not want to send another technician back out. Do to the inappropriate conversations you had with my tech's and with me. But I called your friend *** so we could come back out and repair both the coil that was not installed properly and adjust the staircase. He talked to you and he said he would be on site to make sure everything went without a hitch. While our technicians were at your house a solicitor came to your door and asking about a product he was selling you yelled at them to get their White A** off your property. The technician's reset the coil to drain properly and added screws to your staircase. We have done everything we can to help but I cannot put our technicians through anymore verbal abuse. I feel we have remedied the situation and hope you the best.

      Breeze ********** is a company who are typical price gaugers in **********, **. If you desire to be cheated and charged $419- for 2.5hrs worth of "not correcting the problem and several trips out to your home then most definitely give them a call. "The owner is a bully, I have text messages to prove it. Yoru tech was heavy, I have pictures to prove that he stepped on my ladder on one side (how is this practicing safety) and this is how it broke. Your response is lies, would you like me to produce my text messages to prove that you are dishonest at best. I never called the solicitor any names, I told him to get off of my property, after he insisted on ensuring that I heard what he was selling - which I have a right to say to - any trepassers - fyi. You are a fast talking someone, who has attempted to gas light me, not going to work, Mr. ********* ***** came out on 5/30-stated the unit was not level, returned on 6/2, moved the machine and supposedly levelled it, where it caused the water to leak at rapid speed into my home between 6/2 & 6/10. **************** had actually fixed the issued earlier in **** might I add. I asked him to get a ************** to assess the unti so that water would not drip into the overflow pan in the summer. 6/10 - began leaking thru the ceiling into my house - when your guy charged another $330 on 6/2...what kind of thieves are you? I was the person to tell **************** that I did not want the likes of your inexperienced, unqualified & unethical employees at my home (and that included you) unless he was there at the time when your techs come out, text message on 6/12 to prove it (early Monday morning), after your guy broke the ladder. ****** actually left on Sunday afternoon & kept re-assuring me that he would fix ****** trusted that he would - he stated at the minimum that he was going to fix the ladder....now the ** unit was a different story. My text messages to ************** in no way show shouting....and you appear to forget - I have cameras - outside my home which records everything....A heads up if your employee recorded me calling the solicitor derogatory names, which is lies coming out of your mouth, if he did without my consent - I hope you know that you are setting yourself up for a nice court case, it is against the law to record someone without consent...just making sure you know this. You have stated this in a text to ********************** is going to get copies of my texts as well, with you incriminating yourself. Go ahead and keep yelling at every other woman and customer when they put you on blast for being the unethical business man that you are...or are you a business man. It is apparent that you are stealing money off of ********** residents' tables
